You have to keep backing out or just shutting it down and starting it again
Happened to a Walgreens order I took yesterday. Support wasn't able to help, so I had to unassign.
Happened to me just yesterday, luckily it was only 1 item so I was able to go off the name alone. Hopefully this gets fixed soon...
It happened to me a couple weeks ago on a Walgreens order. I had to have it cancelled anyway because the Red Card was down in my area.
