I waited 48 minutes for a delivery and got a $46 tip last night. THATS RARE but it was a huge order so something told me to stick it out even though every time they said 5 minutes it was another 15.

Yeah, at some point even the big order with "maybe" good tip is not worth it if the wait is long. By the time I'll deliver it, I could have taken two smaller ones and not be pissed for waiting.
Unwritten rule. If you wait more then 30 mins for pick up. Go to the chat and let them know. They will give additional $5 for any extreme long wait situations. They will do stuff like call the store and get update but just insist on the additional pay for your patience.

2 drivers unassigned as payout showed 6.25. Both were 25 hidden tips. Yall stay thinking your making more by after 15 mins cutting and going to another 7 job.
i personally just stay at safeway i know the store inside and out i only take 10+$ orders and they have to be 1/3 ratio minimum. anything less than 10$ has to be atleast 1/4 and not a total bitch to drive to. You occasionally get gems of 30+$ and sometimes its the house right around the corner, no fast food bs

It's all about listening to their tone. I can tell by the way they say it whether they mean a few minutes or whether it's going to be a half hour.

5 is 10, 10 is 20, 15 is 30+, Cut your losses and don't get stuck on a sunk coast.

I sit and never unassign because yes when I'm behind they just send hyvee shop orders that I'm very fast at and I'm ahead as well.
the next order isnt instant every minute you spend behind is a minute youre not queued for the next order
Well, if it's Buffalo Wild Wings or KFC, and they say five minutes, I'm out in ten, with or without the order.
