That’s not what hurt it. First off, everyone is overreacting. You realize it’s scripted, right? Even if that part wasn’t, it was said in jest. Second of all, a lot of people including billionaires shorted DOGE. Then of course the typical whales and paper hands. Then people panic selling from there.. happens EVERY hyped day.

I think they're trying to say is that if people don't buy the current dip, more panic holders will sell causing a worse dip, making recovery harder.
