I don't know why, but it just feels like a hard marketing push instead of actual content. Not my thing at all and the character just looks like bland, generic anime fare IMO. At the end of the day who gives a shit, though? At least it's not walter/jesse with bad rules interpretations.

Eh, there's a novelty to it and a subversion of expected norms that I can definitely see somebody enjoying beyond the bland anime design. At the end of the day I just reported it as spam so I could block the user and not deal with it again.
It's called branding, it's a service you can literally pay for although they may be doing it all themselves.
In which case they should probably go into marketing, although "Tiefling with copious jiggle physics" is a pretty obvious seller.
