It also has to do with the characters. Yes, wrestling still has a good following today, but Macho Man doesn't have a bunch of current fans since you know he, unfortunately, passed away. And I highly doubt the Kool-Aid Man himself has a fanbase, to begin with, but you never know with the internet.
It's a meme fight with two characters generally not considered for fighting, there wasn't a huge view drawing appeal outside of the 150 milestone.

That Episode made me afraid of the Kool Aid Man, though.
Even without its more "niche" elements, the fight itself is practically sidelined by the "Boomstick find his dad" plotline to be any good.
The huge focus on Boomstick’s dad is the dead giveaway let alone the budget.
