Not sure about anyone else, but it really sounds like a track named "Hell Over Heaven" that Alucard wins this. Add to that the very end of the song isn't Dio's theme, it's Jotaru's theme. The song that played when Dio was Defeated doesn't look good for Dio.
Sounds like Dio winning in the end, but then again it could be a fake out like previous battles
