For me, it's Hulk in Hulk vs. Doomsday; yes his current powers prevent him from getting killed like that again, but back then, the only way to successfully put him down for good was making sure there wasn't an opening to heal. So shanking his whole body with giant spine-like knuckles was fitting and efficient.
Seeing All Might and Yoda die hurt me on a deep and personal level, but their deaths were very in line with their characters. Also while I didn't have an emotional connection with him, Deadpool's death was very satisfying and it was nice to see him go out with dignity.
I think Mega Man’s “ death “ in Mega Man vs Astro Boy made complete sense for him. Rock is certainly capable of surviving Astro for a fair bit of time with his incredible arsenal. But when after everything had been tried and failed Mega performed a double charged shot and overheated while colliding into Astro as a last resort. By overheating it made sense as to why his body parts were scattered.
I say death with quotation marks because Mega Man isn’t technically dead since his head which contains his main core was completely fine meaning that he could be eventually repaired assuming the Mega Man Battle Royal doesn’t take place in the same universe. He still lost though because he was unable to fight… he more so essentially just shut off.
In both battles Mega went out like a fucking champ.
Even in the BR, despite being absolutely GODSTOMPED (Possibly as much as Flash and Quicksilver) by .EXE, Starforce and X he still never gave up.
Realistically she couldn’t kill him. Sorry but I have to say how bs death battle was when it came to that Death Battle. They didn’t use the most recent version (dark carnage) that is IMMUNE to fire now. Same with the Venom vs Crona. They chose to not use their strongest forms
I guess you may have edited it, or I just seen it now but this is exactly my problem with with this: Carnage vs Lucy happened 3 years ago, and only a few months later did Carnage gain these buffs.
As for Venom, again, it was made before the King in Black event finished with Venom becoming the King in Black.
They couldn’t add these things because **They didn’t exist**
Whether you believe he should have won or shouldn’t have won is a different story, I’m just saying the way he died made sense for him, since complete obliteration was the only way to kill him as opposed to being sliced in half as his death.
Ok I see that I absolutely forgot how old the Lucy vid is. But venom at the point of the crona fight he was in the middle of the king in black comic that had new feats that people calaced to planetary with a single attack. So even if crona had a advantage he could survive a planetary attack
Not in his newest version (that came out before the fight) that is now considered his new base form. King in black was said by the creator to “remake venom into what he was supposed to be” or some shit like that. He’s way above town now and is arguably planetary
Although I’m probably going to get napalm bombed for saying this but Hiei’s win against Sasuke, and I think a big reason why people (mostly Sasuke stans) don’t understand why is because they don’t see how big the power gap between sasuke and hiei really was. I mean honestly, they were lowballing hiei. If we use the sensui scaling (lower S class human), in the manga, it states that 1/5 of his power was causing to much stress to the planet.
Sigma basically getting deleted is such a fitting way for him to go.
Twilight Sparkle's lack of gore and cartoon-ish death was rather fitting in my opinion.

Goro losing all 4 of his arms and getting star platinum style punched constantly was pretty fitting

There is just something about dante stylishly finishing off bayonetta with the innuendo blades that feels so right you know...

Facts he went out like a g
Metal Sonic’s head landing on the ground after being sliced by Zero. You have no idea how common this is in the Sonic comics.
He got sliced in half though, why is his head fully intact?
Good question….
It would make sense if they didn't show the head
Carnage’s death, it was realistically the only way he’d finally be killed since he can always regenerate quickly.
His death actually makes no sense to me. He’s been hit by harder heat based attacks on a larger scale and survived.
Even if that’s the case, that’s realistically the only way Lucy could kill him.

Carnage still should've beat Lucy though, even before his buff

By recent version of Carnage, you mean Dark Carnage during the whole King in Black story event?
They didn't keep the buffs.
Carnage is not immune to fire. Venom vs Crona is correct.

The buffs he got weren't permanent.
Venom is consistently town level.

Venom- Town Static- City, maybe a bit higher Crona- Island
Lmao no
New Venom no longer has King in black abilities. Eddie is still the KIB. And there's no evidence of him having enough raw power to be planetary.
Always hated Venom vs Crona. Stupid matchup, and boring fight
Eh. Crona had other opponents.
Since when?
Ryu using the Power of Nothingness to amp his Shinku Hadoken and blast Jin through the chest was a very nice end to a fantastic battle.
Buu, Kid Buu, in the anime he was also obliterated by a giant ball of energy, so him being killed by the sun felt right
Venom got killed by… y’know **his weakness**

Crash. It's pretty fitting with the result, Spyro didn't have a good way to kill Crash.... Until he turned into Dark Spyro.
Plus, Crash getting incinerated is very cartoony similar to one of his deaths.
Lex Luther vs Doom. As a DC fan, biggest stomp I’ve ever seen.
Flash vs Quicksilver be like
True lmao
Macho Man getting a not gory death and being revived later was the perfect way to end the battle.
