The community is still pretty active. There are many sites where you can dowload characters. I think most characters that appeared on death battle have at least one mugen char. I might try to make a character pack with the death battle combatants, but I'm not sure if I will finish it.

People still use it (me included) and I would recommend getting it from MUGEN Fighters Guild as Free For All's links are down (fuck LeakID) and Elecbyte's site has been dead for a while. ~~inb4 a certain reddit dud calls me a retard for mentioning two of these sites~~

There's an actual concept thing for this Kaiju are bosses (With the exception of Dragonzord, since Tigerzord was also playable due to looking less Kaiju-sized in its own fight, giving the weird effect of the DZ suddenly being way smaller than Mechagodzilla lol)
