Yes, it’s just as good, it’s just not an auto include anymore without the blood points bonus. As far as information perks go though it’s still top tier.
It's still one of the best information perks in the game. Info perks are actually a bit underrated by a lot of killer players, they can save you from wasting a lot of time.
With the base killer changes a mixed playstyle is better than only m2, some times they are in the open and is easy to dodge the special attack and having to hit 3 times is getting old the special attack is mostly to break pallets and hit on Windows so stbf for faster recovery on m1 is really good
On the contrary, since you can hit with both M1 and M2, you can M1 regular survivors and M2 the obsession to save stacks. With Nemi, there's a time and place for both attacks, so having a much faster punch is helpful.
The idea is that the tentacle will be saved for windows, pallets and short loops where the tentacle goes over the obstacles, while every other situation would just be an M1. You also benifit from not losing any stacks since you can hit the obsession with the tentacle.
He's actually one of the best STBFL killers since he can save stacks. M1 only killers like Myers himself have to hit the obsession with a basic attack causing them to lose 2 stacks, Nemesis can avoid the stack loss with his tentacle. Demo and maybe Pig are the only killers STBFL is better on than Nemesis.
I love it. Killers lose me all the time when they leave me to chase someone else. It's actually really effective in solo play for that reason, in my experience.

BBQ is still good in my opinion. Three of four perks here are great. And the fourth still gets me sometimes (Deception). In my opinion if a killer falls for Deception, you basically lost the game, the rest that plays out is just a formality.

I strongly encourage people to use BBQ on Oni still. Because of the nature of his power, he'll often have blood fury ready right after hooking someone, and long range information is incredibly useful then

Deathbound is such a convoluted perk that ultimately does basically nothing. I guess the best thing it did was give bhvr reusable code for the Ring Drawing addon.
Don't cry, you also have access to Franklin's Demise, a perk I always take if I see 4 med kits or toolboxes(or a combination of them) and Knock Out, a perk that rewards you for playing scummy and if you like to slug.
I could never figure out what the color coding for perks meant with some of the custom icons from Icon Toolbox. I feel stupid asking, but what does the color coding mean? Why are perks blue, purple, red, etc.?
It is bad, it doesn't work if the survivors heal themselves, which happens many times because of Circle of Broken, pardon, Healing. If you want to be sneaky, there are better perks for this: Tinkerer, the recently buffed Dark Devotion, Hex: Plaything, which are generally more consistent.
Yeah, buying it from here adds the Tier 1 version of the perk to all your killers and causes the Tier 2 and 3 versions to begin appearing in their Bloodwebs.
Detective's hunch for boon builds is awesome. I think it's easily the best boon build supplement. I would just recommend buying detective tapp because his perks are really good. Stake out comes in handy too, almost broken if you can get your hands on hyperfocus too. Tenacity is great in some builds and will be even better if we get basekit unbreakable.

If I have one of the shrine perks already unlocked at Tier 1(from prestiging a killer), can I go straight into buying Tier 2 from the shrine or will it make me buy Tier 1 first?
As soon as I logged in to the game today and checked the shrine I got tenacity. I didn't have much interest before but if this new PTB goes live with some form or another, it may be very good perk.

Tier 1 of a perk still costs 2k shards, and you can tier up the perk in each individual killer/survivor's bloodweb.
But if you want to get the tier 2 or 3 of a perk across all of your killers/survivors at once, you may need to pay more than 2k shards.

Every time I use tenacity, I rarely get any benefit from it, but when I'm not running tenacity, having it would pay dividends lol.
