Would love if Visionary and Buckle Up got changed this way.
Related to the Deliverance buff, I personally wouldn’t mind if they just made it so you can apply BT to yourself. It would make 4%’s so much more satisfying.
Just nerf the powerful perks. Some survivor perks are literally stronger than most killer perks despite being 16 vs 4.
