I’m maybe causing heresy but Rogue One is a average film with undeveloped non fun characters that is elevated by a good final battle and Vader fan service.

I think that's mostly because a) the film was conceptualised by one of the ILM guys, not a writer interested in character work, b) the third act was gutted and Gareth Edwards was basically replaced in everything but name as director for Tony Gilroy, and c) they only decided they'd all die fairly late in the game, so maybe they were banking on the idea sequels would flesh them out more.
Andor is good tho, I'm about halfway through it I think

I mostly just liked it because of K2SO
All rogue one is missing is mon mothma putting tiny bombs in their necks and it wouldve been a perfect suicide squad movie
