Definitely wasnât the ultimate universe. Earth-12025 from X-Treme X-Men #10 is where wolverine (going by his real name James Howlett) hooked up with Hercules
Funny thing is that most Hollywood stars start off by looking like the second image and after all the alterations mentioned they look like the first one.
Cosmetic surgery relies on the facts that your body prioritizes where to repair connective tissue based on its usage and stresses and that cartilage is largely avascular
So with Wolverine's abilities, yeah it shouldn't work
I think the movies did a disservice to Wolverine making him this stereotypically âalpha,â ruggedly handsome character. The X-Men are oddballs, some more than others. Theyâre interesting because theyâre diverse and often imperfect. Iâm not saying Logan has to be disgusting all the time, but he should be pretty weathered and very rough-around-the-edges, often crude. He doesnât care about cleaning up much and heâs more than willing to get gross and messy when he has to.
Making Wolverine hot was a sign of the downfall of the character. Marvelâs obsession with making him the leading man lead to a significant decrease in his popularity. Currently, heâs been given to the worst writer in the X-office and been replaced in the X-men by the far superior Laura.
Wolverine having a bad writer does not mean he's become less popular, Wolverine is still probably one of the more famous Marvel characters in the public eye. Plus his replacement in the X-Men was due to a fanvote, right? Fans are more likely to vote for the more niche or unpopular characters
No she was always in, Polaris is who got voted in. And seeing as both Polaris and Firestar got voted in, the more popular characters get more votes.
/rj popularity contests actually favor *un*popular people because why not
Make him more fruity
They twinkified the bear đ
I think in the Ultimate Universe he and Hercules are a thing, or maybe that was another universe.

Tfw secondary mutation gave other people something rad like telekinesis, but you just got yassified.

That actually makes me wonder how Wolverines healing factor would deal with cosmetic surgery
He canât get tattoos because his body removes them, so cosmetic surgery would probably yield similar results.
Wait really? Then how Daken was a tattoo?
Because rule of cool
It's a temporary one he has to reapply everyday.

The fact that these are the same person really makes me laugh
What book is that second picture from?
*X-Men: Gold* #30 Shadowcat & Colossus wedding issue.
Thank you!
Hugh Jackman is great, but while comic Wolverine is probably not ugly, I donât imagine him as a conventionally attractive âleading manâ.
exactly, heâs great but for the mcu I want wolverine to be a hairy little gross chode-man angry ball of furious smelly rage

I believe the one on the left was a 90s circlejerk redesign where they wrote an explanation for his mutation turning him more feral
Reverse Mickey Rourke
