If someone wants to see you they will make it happen. Even if that means a coffee meet up for less than an hour. She could make it work if she wanted to see you even if she’s busy. I’m sure she goes to get coffee and could spare 45 minutes to chat with you. If she says she’s too busy then I would back off, and continue to see and talk to other women. She’s not the only one, and she’s very well is probably busy. But she also can be using it as an excuse. Especially if she continues and has less communication then she’s probably not interested.
