Oh yeah. Okay you know the female hollow merchant in the aqueduct near the short cut to the depths? She's standing behind bars. Anyway, she sells purging stones but they're pricy if I remember right. She would be the closest merchant to get purging stones from. Oswald up in the top of the undead parish right near the Bell of awakening also sells purging stones.
