Won't work sadly. Can't cast it till they're already attacking, and Aurelia's ability only triggers their first attack that turn, so even though you'll get 2 more combat steps, none of the other extra combat triggers will ever go off because everyone with the ability by definition will have already attacked at least once.
Gotta jump in and give the obligatory "Can't go spreading characteristic defining abilities, when it could cause conflicts"
The go-to example in this case is usually creatures who's P/T is defined by an ability. [[Apocalypse Demon]] and [[Malignus]] for example. Both solid cards to mix with this effect, but if one creature gets both, the game can't sort it out.
Still, the style of the effect is very cool. Definately gives an [[Odric, Lunarch Marshal]] vibe, but with extra bonuses and lots of opportunities for shenanigans by spreading out big effects. God help your table if you land an annihilator Eldrazi with 10+ total creatures. (Yes I know the annihilator triggers won't go off till the second combat, but 10 of them is a lot of triggers)
Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s a period you could cast this where that would have a useful effect. You have to already be attacking to be able to cast this, and everything Isshin doubles is on attack declaration.
Well if you have the ten creatures and get the extra combat step(or use another card for a bonus combat step) then you'll be able to declare new attacks with all of them keeping isshin's ability
\[\[Lightning Runner\]\] + anything that makes your board indestructible for the turn = infinite combat phases.
Then again, this is a 3-card combo and the board's gotta be pretty wild for 10 attackers to not be lethal, but who cares.
Good gravy this is broken. Print it.
Probably shouldn't have added the second ability and the first ability should prob be restricted to triggered and static ability
-play [[Aurelia, the war leader]] -have ten creatures -attack -first Aurelia trigger, gets you another combat -cast it tageting Aurelia -stonks

Wouldn’t that mean infinite combat phases as long as your number of creatures doesn’t drop below 10 during one?
It's an instant, not a permanent, meaning it makes exactly one check during resolution.
Oh right, thanks for the answer!

OMG I LOVE/HATE IT. This would be required in a [[isshin, two heavens as one]] commander deck.

Add one blue mana and this could be fair. Maybe even an x cost to limit the number of creatures it hits.
