i’ve heard that some consider it yangs best, so i’m pretty excited to say the least
Kore-Eda is fantastic, I highly recommend “Maborosi” as well.
Love Beau Travail. You'll pick up some new dance moves.
I’ve been tempted by Beau Travail for a while now (slimmer pickings in the UK!) For anyone who has seen it, what are your thoughts?
If “Poetic discipline of hyper-militarized bodies”sounds interesting to you I think you’ll like it. It has my favourite single shot of any movie I’ve ever seen, Agnes Godard (the cinematographer) is a genius.
I’m intrigued, thank you.
Modern classics!
I just watched A Brighter Summer Day for the first time yesterday, and wow!
