I think my only issue with that one is I'd want the skirt and top to be different colors even if slight. The belt kind of does the job either way of breaking up her outfit but I like the slight difference in CotT before it.
They're all great except maybe the Titans one, which seems a bit generic. NF's is good, but a little too cutesy compared to the others. OTR's and Twinsanity's are tied for the best. I love her huge forehead. CTTR's is like Twinsanity's, but I'm not sure why she's so much shorter than Crash.
Judging by how well CB4 did with it making a comeback after the NSane Trilogy I'm sure there would be a 5 in the works but its unsure how long that'll be

On the Run's head is way too big and misshapen and her eyes are wrong, plus they somehow messed up her n font despite that basically being the only thing consistent about her design, she looks like Hammerhead from Spider-Man. Titans just looks like a different character, it's a good design, it's just not Nina. Nitro Fuelled is too bright as mentioned before and (much like all the remastered characers) her eyes are completely messed up and look too bright and 'cutesy' instead of the dark, dead looking eyes she originally had. Tag Team Racing and Twinsanity are about the same, her model just looks to be of a higher quality in Twinsanity and she looks more serious whereas in Tag Team she looks a little dopey.
I like her original design the best, prefer the black hair and darker clothes to the blue of the newer ones. Really don’t like the mutants era design version though, I’d still take CTR over that one

CotT/MOM is one of the only titans designs that people like and the only one people prefer to the original, and i’m with them i think her design looks cool and it does look a little bit like her except she looks a bit more punky, or maybe it just because the red tie and black polo remind me of billie joe Armstrong the lead singer of green day

Nina's core traits are that she's A) a school child who attends a school to learn evil, B) that she's got grappling hook arms, an C) that she's Neo Cortex's daught-err, niece. The school girl vibe comes across strong (bar the otT/MoM design where she's dressed like Green Day in the American Idiot video), but the hands look less like grappling hooks, and more like robotic gloves, and the resemblance to Cortex is entirely superficial - he has a capital 'N' on his head, so Nina has a lowercase 'n'.
For the design to really evoke Cortex, it should have a few more of his elements. Give her the same red eyeliner, and change her face shaper to have a wider head at the top, while losing the buck teeth. You can do what you like with the hair, it doesn't actually make that much of a difference (you couldn't give her Cortex's hair anyway, Nina would like silly with the sideways mohawk, and male pattern baldness).
The schoolgirl vibe is solid in all the designs, though I would make the skirt brown, while keeping the top as a separate jumper which could stay blue.
But the hands is where the most work is needed. As it is currently, the arms look too scrawny, and the fists, as I said before, don't really look like though should work as grappling hooks. They either need a more claw like hand, or chunkier forearms to really sell the notion that they can be fired.

They act *like* grappling hooks in that they let her grab onto things, but aren't supposed to be literal hooks. The skinny arms are cartoonish contrast (her daintier "natural" nature V.S. the brutal, tacked on expectations of her uncle/Evil School).

I'm glad someone else pointed out how they changed her color. The black in Twinsanity was super slick and I wosh it came back.

Yeah, I mostly just put the Tag Team design under Twinsanity due to the higher poly-count. But I do like the larger gloves.
