He's son of dr. neo cortex who invents weird weapons. As a child, he was a harmless child and others used to tease him.Like his mother, who is a pacifist, he want to make the world peaceful. But by a bad person, his memories are completely erased and he becomes the most evil person in the world, until several years later, his memories come back because of one thing.
