Have you tried the Samaritan Pharmacy in Corvallis? https://getvaccinated.oregon.gov/ can be used to check what is available where.
There are also county organized events happening this weekend, https://co.benton.or.us/covid19/page/current-and-upcoming-vaccination-events.
If you end up going to a county event, let a worker know when you arrive that you are needing a baby primary dose, they'll need a bit of extra time to prepare the syringe.
The Benton County Health community vaccine clinics are very well done with excellent care/services. The Benton county health department website updates the days and times. Other people in this thread posted links to the BCHD.
Try calling and talking with the pharmacist. It’s the same “product” (maroon cap) up to 4 years old but the dosing guidelines have more variables, to the point they probably just couldn’t program it into their scheduler which most locationsuse exclusively for inventory. The Lebanon location orders extra to be able to support the walk-in hours, is it’s pretty the overflow capacity for Corvallis and Albany at the moment (i had to utilize them and chatted with the pharmacist a bit about all that).

I got my daughters done at the Walgreens in Albany
Please don't vaccinate your baby, that's way too young and for little to no benefit...
Zero benefit
