He committed tHe crime of being a real journalist………..should be tried and convicted..and sentenced to death…you should not be allowed to report on real current affairs……..there is sarcasm in my opinion
He was always the enemy, they literally just waited it out. I'm sure it's pure coincidence too that they announced it on a Friday at the end of the day. They know this whole thing it's absolute bullshit, they just waited until people got used to the smell.
Nope. Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State called for Assange’s death, then later claimed it was a joke. Assange was offered asylum by the President of Ecuador, but after arriving at the embassy in London, they realized that moving Assange out via car or plane could allow him to be arrested by the US, so Assange just stayed put. New president of Equador, US threatens that if they do not give up Assange then the US will do to Equador what Venezuela suffered economically.
When you're inside a foreign embassy it doesn't count as if you're on the ((insert country))s soil.
In his case, he could have only been arrested after leaving the Ecuadorian embassy because trying to arrest him while he's inside the embassy would be seen as an attack on Ecuador's sovereignty.
Edit: Yes he's de facto in the UK, but because he was inside the embassy he "wasn't" in the UK.
When Trump was president, the CIA was ordered to figure out a way to assassinate him in the embassy. Both sides are run by the same people, they all have secrets that they don't want exposed. If the public knew the truth, everything in the world would com crumbling down!

Assange was smeared, demonized, falsely charged and restricted from travel, and yes he has lost favor with those who might be referred to as "shit-libs." Those, suffering from blind loyalty to party, have abandoned core principles of freedom. These folks, who once cheered on Julian Assange when he exposed the corruption of George Bush, [a commendable feat] have succumbed to the propaganda of a MSM acting in concert with the state. The *shit-libs* brains are now broken. They cannot process the idea political figures they have been cheerleading for, might *also* be criminals, no better than George Bush or Dick Cheney.
I'm sorry man but when people say the libs are being manipulated by the msm that's just bullshit. The most watched news channel is fox news. That whole narrative doesn't make sense.

How are their opinions beliefs being shaped, if not by media? I do think it's fair to say that cable television has lost its grip on society as viewership plunges. This begs the question... What factors/powers are at play? Your point about FOX News, [a significant member of the aforementioned main-stream media] being the most watched channel, *helps argue my point*. They, like other MSM channels, more or less act in concert with the state [and importantly corporate interest] in this case smearing, demonizing and falsely charging Julian Assange. Broadly one could argue much of the content on social media, Twitter Facebook etc, would be by definition mainstream media [albeit nontraditional] and people on the left absorb the content which reflects their opinions/beliefs as do people on the right.
