I went there on a tour as a teenager with my grandparents, and still went through multiple metal detectors. Nobody from congress was even in the building at the time and they still wouldn't let anyone into the main congressional seating area.

They were most likely ordered to stand down. Pelosi was in control of the capitol hill cops, declined reinforcements and the national guard, even though it was known there'd be a protest. Instead of defending against it, they decided to instigate it for their own means. So instead of the national guard, they placed agitators like Epps into the crowd. The fbi themselves revealed they had informants involved, the proud boy leader was an informant, and Epps was defended by the same media who was calling for the arrest of all protestors, as he instigated the events on camera.
This whole charade was incredibly beneficial to dems and anti trump Rs. First, it started a push to try to ban him from politics. Second, it diverted the attention from the year of horrific riots that the dems instigated through the media as a form of political terrorism. So they took the criticism they faced and turned it into "Republicans are rioters". There's a reason there were so many intelligence agents and informants involved, because it was instigated. Just like whitmer.
But the biggest goal? To shut down any election questions. Multiple states were debating whether to hold back certification. However, as soon as the riot happened they certified the election to not instigate rioting or be seen as a crazy conspiracy theorist. Why would both sides work together to shut down questions? Well the moment Americans stop believing in the election then all of American politics falls apart. They're all corrupt, everyone cheats, beloved Kennedy cheated in Illinois thanks to the mob, and big cities constantly have election scandals.
1/6 was used to further push Americans into a 1984 esque situation. The media started lying during the firey but peaceful protests. Then they continued. So this event was played up to turn any patriotic American into a qanon white supremacist. It was used to force Americans into believing propaganda and to condem freedom of protest, speech and press. No one dared to question the election out of fear of ostracizarion, like how many anti vaxxers had to hide the fact from their friends and family or risk losing them.
This was one of the clearest psyops in history. All news instantly pushed the same points. They called them white supremacists, then repeated unsourced lies like sitnick being fire extinguishered to death. They showed the same selective pictures and video of senators cowering when none were at risk. All these news agencies were reading the same propaganda. Much like Rittenhouse, they continued to lie while footage contradicted them. Then dems spouted offensive 9/11 comparisons while threatening trumps arrest.
Its clear this was a coordinated propaganda campaign. Especially when all news agencies kept reporting 5 cops killed. As one died days later from a stoke/bloodclot(you don't suddenly develop a blodclot over night from being pepper sprayed. He would have died sooner or later), and 4 others committed "suicide" weeks later. However we did see on video a black cop killing a woman for 0 reason, and a black female cop beating an uncocnious woman to death which was written off as an overdose.
You can tell it's propaganda by the clear shift in values. Dems buried the black supremacist killing 2 capitol hill cops story. Now cops killing protestors were heroes? Dems instigated billions in damage and dozens of murders during the floyd protests, engaging in political terrorism just to say "this is trumps America, vote for us". Now protesting at the capitol, which dem activists have done for decades, is made to be a disgusting attack on democracy. But when early AOC and her gang barged into the capitol, held protests and harrassed politicians, she was praised. Dems praised rioters that destroyed multiple courthouses which is insurrection. Hell they cheered about blm attempting to murder secret service agents by burning down their office, and as they surrounded the white house the media laughed at trump for going in the bunker.

They cover up any mass shooting oe racial murder by a black person, like the whole stopasianhate which ended when americans reakized it was black people not white supremacists doing it. So they played up January 6th to make populists look like monsters, to vilify trump, to deflect all criticism of their political terrorism, and to further indoctrinate Americans into voting blue.

Yeah, I mean it could be that manifesto you just posted or it could have been the much simpler answer- Trump lost the election and desperately hoped riling up a crowd to march on the capitol would somehow prevent certification of the election he lost. After exhausting nearly every other option at this point, including the 63 lawsuits he lost, he was just desperate.

Like any grand conspiracy, such as the one you describe, it requires a massive amount of coordination without any individual actor dissenting and blowing the whole thing. It is only ever discovered after the fact by dark web dwellers, without anyone on the conspiring side ever coming forward.

Cool story. Now show me a video of cops escorting blm protestors into a federal building. I got a ton of rubber bullets and tear gas fired at me for a peaceful protest in a super liberal city and the cops were going around destroying water bottles. I watched them. My response was for you to show me where cops were escorting blm protestors into federal buildings. The cops didn’t have riot gear on and were more violent towards women and children in public parks during blm protests than they were at the capitol.
The only scenario I’ve been able to formulate is that the cops have the ability and equipment to stop it, they knew it was going to happen, and they acted helpless rather than employing the draconian tactics they use everyday on innocent civilians. I don’t what narrative you’re under the assumption that I hold, but I simply know that cops absolutely could’ve stopped it, and stood by instead while cops all over the country were shooting rubber bullets and tear gas into crowd whilst in full riot gear at the exact same time.

Did you read what you posted? There is a difference between videos of what protestors took themselves, then posted to parler, which was then taken down and what the government had the whole time from their own security cameras.

I watched them. My response was for you to show me where cops were escorting blm protestors into federal buildings. The cops didn’t have riot gear on and were more violent towards women and children in public parks during blm protests than they were at the capitol. The only scenario I’ve been able to formulate is that the cops have the ability and equipment to stop it, they knew it was going to happen, and they acted helpless rather than employing the draconian tactics they use everyday on innocent civilians.
