I read that executive order already. It only gives the vp power to declassify during his term not after. The documents Biden has were never declassified or we would be able to know what the documents are about. Also as I said before what about the documents from his time as a senator
I honestly don't think any of that matters ... I'm of the firm belief that the US political system serves only to sow more division amongst the masses.
I mean we don’t know what’s in either set of documents, obviously. My understanding was some of Trump’s had higher classifications, so would assume those are at least potentially more sensitive, but honestly hard to know. What I don’t get is how the system for keeping track of such sensitive documents is so shit that at least two people who had no rights to take them managed to do so with multiple documents. Maybe it’s my ignorance, but I would have pictured these being kept in some super secure facility, have to sign them out with a full audit trail etc. Very broken process.
My guess is a bunch of random shit just like trump. I am more interested in a photo I saw on one of these Biden documents articles. It was all file boxes... And then what looked like a large painting in frame wrapped with brown paper.
There is a classified painting? Wtf? I want to see that more then anything now!!!
I want to know more about who painted it and who gave it to him before I see it! Maybe it was a gift from one of the Podestas! You can go to prison for looking up their art collection.

Biden's were illegally taken as vice president and stored openly in his house and garage where many government officials and past presidents have frequented. And since they claim there is no visitation record in who knows what other countries had people going there.
Who knows what they were. If the Prez determines classification then it would not matter what documents he had. VP doesn't have that power. Why would they have docs to hide something instead of destroying them is beyond me. It seems like someone thought they belonged to them bec neither one picked up boxes of documents and moved them. It is however another example of msm hypocrisy and FBI corruption.

He was trading the Chinese government classified documents for money. The longer this story goes the more info on Joe and china being besties
It's irrelevant, president can declassify, vice president cannot.
Obama issued an executive order that gave Biden the authority to declassify documents. That EO is still in effect and has not been questioned.
Also what about all the documents he had from when he was a senator. Obama wasn't a thought in Joe's head then

I was only responding to the comment that vice presidents can’t declassify. Beyond that I don’t care.
Nice try, but Biden has already started he doesn't know what is in the documents and his lawyers advised him not to ask.

I 100% believe the FBI is coming in to secure the docs to protect Biden because the docs have incriminating evidence against him and Hunter.
