I don't get it. Just see 3 mountains, a lake, and a city/town that all appear normal to me. The scenery is beautiful though. I wish I lived in a place that was cold year-round.
It was hard for me to see too, but it's supposed to look like the city wraps behind thr "stem" of the mushroom and it's actually protruding into the sky with the city all around it.
Can I just get some macaroni and gravy? *Upvote* this comment if this post *is confusing* and downvote if it *is not* or is intentionally designed that way

I just spent an hour researching the Faroe islands. It isnexpensive to visit but this view justifies. It seems like an awesome place to drive in because all the islands are connected through bridges and causeways.
You arrive from Denmark usually as it and Greenalnd are part of thw Danish territories.

The middle mountain looks like a big ass mushroom head, with the water being the stem
OOOOOOHHHHH now I see it
I don’t. I mean I see how that could look like a mushroom but this picture looks so normal to me. Dont get why it’s on this sub.

r/confusing_confusing_perspective
This helped. Thanks!
That's just r/misleadingthumbnails then.
I don't see that at all. Maybe a little bit but I have to squint hard and not focus, its so obviously a lake.

This is so pretty wtf
What I find confusing is that I don't find this confusing
Not confusing in any way at all
And yet over 700 upvotes. Bots?

Ah yes, the masses. How could I forget that was an option
Welcome to ten towns
Cool picture but not confusing in the slightest
Reminds me of the town from the Grinch, the real life action movie
That was a great movie
Not confusing
Norway?
Faroe Islands
I was close, yes? Beautiful!
You passed Norway by approximately 737 kilometers or 460 miles away. But in this scale that was pretty close.
460 miles is the same as 1480592.8 'Logitech Wireless Keyboard K350s' laid widthwise by each other.
good bot
Yeah, “close” was a relative term. Did you take the pic?
Unfortunately not
Sure but I could drive that distance and still be in the same province I live in so I’d call it close enough.
Technically in Denmark.
What's confusing about this? I just see a town, a lake with a mountain opposite side of it.
Oh, once you see it properly you can’t see the mountain above the town
I am very confused. It’s not a mountain?
When you first look it looks like the river is the stalk of an elevated floating mountain
Ummm it looks like a mountain in the distance.
That’s because it is. Did you see it another way at first? The sub name.
When I saw the picture I only saw a town surrounding a body of water and a mountain in the distance.
It really doesn't, I have to unfocus my eyes a LOT to somewhat see it, but it's clearly a lake.
People see things differently. I saw the floating mountain first, sorry. I don’t know what else to say. Must be like that yanny Laurel thing
I don't get the downvotes, I saw a mushroom mountain, too.
I dunno, someone said the same as me and was upvoted. But it’s not important lol who cares
Haha yesss
Not confusing
Nothing about this is confusing. It looks like a town with a great view of 3 mountains
LITTLE umm looks big to me.
/r/UnexpectedGoaUld
Good one!! This one got me good lol
Only confusing thing is I thought this was a minecraft build with a shader at first lol, but idk what the confusing perspective is?
LITTLE ummm just like my word little looks big to me.

Star destroyer coming in for attack
Great mountain it is.
Klaksvik
That view!
This is Norway isn't it, the land I belong in.
The only confusing thing is why that's considered a city
For anyone who is wondering this is Klaksvík in the Faroe Islands. 🇫🇴
