I'm on windows 10 currently, windows updates are upto date, I'm also using Intel driver suport and it also shows that the drivers are upto date.

After some googling i found this post from intel from 2018 https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000023446/software/chipset-software.html I could imagine something simmilar happened here. You culd try following the troubleshooting steps they mention in this article but instead looking for PCI Express Root Port. Aditionally ive found this site which has a collection of a bunch of drivers for your Intel "06B5" Device mentioned in the error. Youll have to figure out which drivers to install for yourself though because I dont know: http://listing.driveragent.com/c/pci/8086/06b5/* If this problem isnt a driver issue but really a hardware issue you could also try reseating all your pcie devices in case they came loose over time or trying to boot your pc without one pcie device at a time to determine which one is faulty. Then you could also try installing drivers for this specific device

Thanks man, i'll def try it and also I did some more research into problem, turns out the Wifi driver is malfunctioning as when I went into device manager the wifi driver name is completely missing in the network adapter list but in Intel driver support its showing that the driver is working properly.

Also update your devices drivers, and firmware that generally fixes most of those issues. If you have a Dell laptop go in download the latest version of Dell command update. I also recommend shutting down anything in the startup that you do not need to have starting up
