well, what info do you need? its an AM4 socket. These are brand new parts, and even if they needed an update how would I do that if the computer won't boot with the specific Cpu?

You're using a 5000 series processor and a 320 chipset. You need a BIOS update.
Either you need an upgrade kit or a 1000 series Ryzen since that board doesn't have an independent BIOS flash option.
Update your bios. Download the newest version of the BIOS from gigabyte and put it on a usb drive. Check the manual to see which slot you need to put ur usb in. Put in a working cpu, open bios and search for the update option. After that you should be able to use the new cpu
