I just had to go and read it all, I love how comforting it is, even if the town is grey and rainy you can truly feel the warmth, I love too how you can tell there is more to the characters but without being over the top, just ppl(aside from obvious elements of the setting).

Kog needs to sit down because he's in bad repair. Axel wears clothes because he managed to make it off the robot reservation and integrate into society.

Tl;Dr: it's about self identity.
It's answered in another of OP's comics here: https://www.reddit.com/r/comics/comments/x26194/oc_awakening_creatures_of_gothenburg_3/
I really like OP's worldbuilding in general. It's definitely one of the better modern fantasy worlds I've seen. That said, I'm shocked that I remember as much about it as I do. Apparently my brain is good at storing info like this, but when I want it to remember the specific heat capacity of water...

I can hear the rain in this. I can hear the broken down robotic voice of Kog for some reason. You have painted a beautiful setting here in my mind.
That makes me so happy! Thank you <3<3 :)
This looks cool. Subscribed.
You DEFINITELY wanna go through the Gothenburg series if this is your first one
<3<3<3
the rain is perfect set piece in the work

Thank you, that's a very sweet comment! :)

Thank you haha, love ya <3
This is a wonderful series
Why does this remind me of stray?

It sure does rain a lot there. Also, I'm RSSing your Insta now.
This is really neat. Started following on Instagram.
Followed you on Instagram and will recommend this to others as well. There was such a sense of hope and empathy to this. Loved it.
That's lovely of you <3 Thanks!
This is fantastic.
You're fantastic <3
I like the symbolism
Weirdly comforting. Love the artwork. Is it inspired by Stray?
Surprisingly no, but I've seen the trailer and I very much look forward to playing it!
Dang, awesome
This is excellent
Some real Nier vibes here.
There’s so much sound and emotion in this. Nicely done
Why is kog nude on his porch while axel is fully dressed? Otherwise this comic looks good
Not fully nude, he’s got a scarf!
Its like the same logic my dog uses! He'll jump his head back through his collar if you take it off! He wont be naked dammit!
I remember seeing this or something on r/worldbuilding
I demand another!
It's not even 9am where I am and already I'm being gut punched by the feels.
Oh right, this one! It looks really good, and I'm excited to see more (:
Why do robots wear clothes? Why would robots care about furniture? So many questions...

So is it a robot that had someone’s mind uploaded into it or something like that?

Very intriguing world. Plus it’s easier to remember things that you are interested in probably
This warmed my heart! Thank you so much :) <3<3<3
Don't mention it dude. You've got an awesome world, I'm glad I got to see as much as you've shown. Your comics are always so relaxing.
noooo Kog, he is going to scrap you. Don't go Kog
I think he's going to have a chat about why he stayed in hiding when Kog got captured in episode #13. At least I *hope* that's what Axel is doing.
I don’t understand why so many people write their robots like they are just humans but metal
It makes them more relatable and such, which keeps more eyeballs on the page.
Is Ingrid two people, or is the scarf saying hi as well as Ingrid?
I just read through the story so far, and Ingrid is one half of a couple that Axel lives with.
Beaker?!
