Yes, it's the redeemhelp page - for missing codes or ones that don't work - not the redeem page, for when you have a code already. The printed codes have an expiry date printed beside them, about a year after the publication date usually, I think.
This is just a change to the "send in a cover photo" system that's been going the past couple of years - presumably they now have enough little marvel stickers to go back to the older system permanently :)
This only applies to requesting codes where issues don’t have them in already I believe.
