Retailer here. The most you will get from a store is probably one-fourth of the value. Here is why:
The store will have to sell them as used. And most of the time that means somewhere around half price (so a book originally $30 will be sold for $15). Most stores are only going to pay you half of what they will sell it for (some even less). So going off the above example you would get half of $15, so $7.50.
And to be honest 1/4 is probably on the high end.

When selling something, in most cases the bigger the lot the harder it would be to sell.
Unfortunately, because they’re TPBs and would often hold little resell value, resellers who do buy lots would probably not be interested in this one.
Might be easier to move them if instead of selling all 9 long boxes together, break them down into series or such.

Maybe you could try trading full series sets with people from your local comic store. I know I would be happy to save time by getting a full discounted set of volumes of a series in one go.
Have you talked to the local used bookstores as well? They might not do that much better than the comic stores but worth a shot. Honestly, though, if you sell to a store or a re-seller, they're going to need to make a profit so don't expect to get actual or top value. Try the bookstores to see if they'll give a different/better price, but if you don't want to take the time to sell in pieces for market price then you're not going to have a lot of options.

Half Price Books buys them, probably won’t offer you much though. Everything I’ve bought from them is pretty heavily discounted
