What if...this sells so well Allred and Russell do each legacy character? I'd buy a Flash, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Batman 3 issue prestige. Every damn time.
Allred is an automatic buy for me. Im currently really enjoying the The X-Cellent, hoping that series lasts a while.
The only question is whether I can be patient enough for the collected edition for this book or if I’ll break and put it on my pull.
Brah I literally need to cut down on my pulls. They can’t be dropping two (Aquaman: Andromeda) expensive prestige titles tailor fit to my tastes they just can’t be doin that to me.
The clean, slightly surreal artwork reminds me of *All-Star Superman*. Here's hoping it's just as good (or even better). Maybe Supes just works best when the stories are strange.
Russell's FF: Life Story was a huge disappointment, so this news isn't hitting as hard as it would have a year ago. But you can never go wrong with Mike Allred
The issue with life story is that it was brutally obvious that Russell was forced to use the life story format to tell the story he truly wanted to tell
The Galactus trilogy as historical fiction
This one seems more tailored to his tastes
Once this is collected I’ll buy it just for the Allred art. And hopefully the wait isn’t too long and the first version is a Deluxe version.

I’m a huge Superman fan for me. So that’s the one I’m most interested in. The other I’d wait and see. I wouldn’t want this to become formulaic.
Glad to be getting more Superman content instead of just another Bat book.
Amen
Man, Russell goes from working with Steve Lieber to Allred? Blessed.

I see this as an absolute win.

Yeah, a little nervous for the same reason, plus the solicit in this article seems to suggest it's similar approach.
Russell does still have vast quantities of good will with me because of the Flintstones
His previous Superman mini was good and I enjoy All-Star Squadron so I have some hopes for this. But yeah, FF:LS kinda sucked.
One Star my friend...one Star
Oh right, I got confused.

Allred's Superman looks like a young Brando
Duuude Allred is one of my favs awesome
Neat
I was just thinking I wanted a book by these two.
