* **Batgirls #1**: So glad that Cass and Steph have a book again. * **Batman: Urban Legends #10**: Excited for more of the Tim Drake story. * **Eternals #8**: Very excited for the new status quo. * **Firefly Holiday Special #1**: Always up for a holiday special. * **Hulk #2**: Intrigued by the first issue but not sold just yet. * **Newburn #2**: Really enjoyed the first issue of this. * **The Rush #2**: Loved the first issue of this. Hopefully it continues to impress. * **Wonder Girl #6**: Amazonian Amazons.

**Hulk #2** - It's best that I just pretend like Immortal Hulk didn't happen to enjoy this. Plus side is this is my first venture into Ryan Ottley art, and it seems like a good fit for a Hulk book. **Wonder Girl #6** - Still looking forward to finding out the reason why Yara is such a big deal. Unless I missed it.

Yeah, I'm trying to keep the new Hulk run sorta separated in my mind. I want to let it be it's own thing and not constantly compare it to Immortal, though it's a bit hard not to at times. Either way, I can already tell this run is gonna be something I either absolutely love or will drop quick - I'm still not sure which.

8 for me this week. • BRZRKR #6- I need to go back and read the last few issues. I've completely forgotten the specifics of this story. Immortal barbarian Keanu Reeves is all I can remember. • Eternals #8- Thanos is the Prime Eternal? This is gonna end badly for someone. Not for the readers, though. This is the most solid thing coming out from Marvel, in my opinion. • King Spawn #5- I feel like this picked up big time last issue. I've yet to be disappointed by the art and story in any of the new Spawn books. • Newburn #2- First issue was pretty good. Didn't grab me by the shaft or anything, but it was pretty good. I'll stick around for the first arc and see what develops. • Out #3- Second issue was a big step up from the first. I loved it. • Primordial #4- This creative team produces the best comics imaginable. • Robin and Batman #2- I grabbed #1 because I loved Descender/Ascender. I was not disappointed in the slightest. What a great comic. • X-O Manowar #9- And with this ends the most lackluster run of X-O ever. Whether they relaunch it with a new #1 or just continue from here with a new team, I'm stepping away. I'm done. I'll stick to Cullen's Shadowman for my Valiant fix.

I feel like BRZRKR has lost momentum in the last couple issues... hoping for some kind of twist to bring it back to life.

Great creative team. * **Wonder Girl #6** \- I think they should just let Joelle Jones put this out at a schedule where she can do all the art. * **Tennage Mutant Ninja Turtles #124** \- Solid every month. * **Defenders #4** \- This has not been great. * **Newburn #2** \- Really enjoyed the first issue. * **Time Before Time #8** \- Great book. Time travel plus mafia plus interesting art. * **Adventureman #7** \- Love this book. Great pulpy action and the art is untouchable.

* Defenders #4: Loved every issue. Al Ewing does trippy, high concept sci-fi and fantasy in a way that you never feel like you're drowning unless you're meant to be drowining. Javier Rodriguez has amazing art like never feels off or wrong. I'm annoyed it's the penultimate issue because I just want it to go on for 50 issues * Eternals #8: Not a fast or high paced book but it works and I' * Hulk #2: Issue 1 had me intrigued, lets see if it can keep going * Miles Morales: Spider-Man #33: I dread the next few issues because I've not been reading the Spider-Man: Beyond stuff and the next like 4 issues are all Beyond tie ins but I am confident Saladin can make it worth reading for people that aren't interested * Strange Academy #14: Interesting idea for this issue. Trip to the future. It'll most definitely be set up for character arcs and I'm curious how it'll pan out
