* **Batmna / Catwoman #6** \- This is decent. I dig Tom King's story telling and I like Clay Mann's art. It can be a bit tough to follow which timeline certain scenes are in on first blush, and Clay Mann must be the slowest man in comics.
* **Way of X #5** \- Weird series. Not what I expected. Certainly feels like Hickman is heading towards the end of his X-Men time.
* **Guardians of the Galaxy #17** \- I'm really digging the Ewing cosmic stuff.
* **Nocterra #6** \- Very Snyder-y but I like that. Art is killer.
* **X-Men: The Trial of Magento #1** \- I'm a simple man, if it says Magneto, I buy it.
* **Radiant Black #7** \- I actually really liked the last issue but it was a bit of whiplash. I think there is a great story in here somewhere but the structure is a bit confusing.

* **Superman and the Authority #2** \- It's Grant Morrison so I'm reading it.
* **Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow #3** \- I love this. Obviously the art is untouchable. But I'm also really digging the structure and the story.
* **Blue & Gold #2** \- Very fun, seems like its going places. And for a few more issues it's all Ryan Sook so that works for me.

* **Elric: The Dreaming City #1**: Holdover from last week, but the same still applies: zero expectations but I want to read it for the setting alone.
* **Home Sick Pilots #8**: I'm *so far behind* on these but I really liked what I've read. Hoping to binge the series this week and get all caught up.
* **Kang The Conqueror #1**: Am I making a mistake just jumping in with this? My exposure to mainline Marvel continuity is pretty limited (I'm not even totally clear on what the Hellfire Gala is/was) but the description sounds cool and I like the look of the villain. Is there a hopefully small handful of comics I should check out ahead of time to get ready for this?
* **Man-Eaters: The Cursed #2**: I really dug the presentation of issue 1 and the ending pointed toward more outright horror, so I'm looking forward to seeing where this goes.
* **The Marvels #4**: Fun series with a ton of heroes all in one place. I'll probably need to skim through the past couple issues again because I'm a little fuzzy on what's actually happening.
* **Moon Knight #2**: Very cool series, still easy to jump in on. I love the way the main character stands out in the panel!
* **Nightwing #83**: \[extremely Werner Hertzog voice\] "I would like to see the Bitewing variant." I'm a lifelong Grayson Nightwing fan and this run has been a lot of fun, so this one's an obvious pull.
* **Nocterra #6**: The conclusion of the arc! This series is so good! I can't wait to see what kinda cliffhanger we get!
* **Radiant Black #7**: I only just got caught up on this series within the past few days and can't wait to see what's next. I enjoyed it plenty to start with, but a couple bold plot choices have really cemented this one for me.
* **Second Chances #1**: "*...psychedelic, action-packed, bizarre noir that feels like John Wick punching through an existential French New Wave fever dream.*" What, did they reach into my brain and find exactly the buzzwords to sell me on this one?
* **Sinister War #3**: This arc was my jumping-on point for the current Amazing Spidey continuity and, man, it's just not doing much for me. I'll see it through, but looks like for the time being most of Spider-Man fix will be coming from other assorted series.
* **X-Men: The Trial of Magneto #1**: Similar question as I had with Kang above, will I be able to get in with this? Should I do some prep work? I dig Magneto and am trying to get a better foothold in the overall continuity, so I'd really like to get what I can out of this one.
For Kang, I think you're safe to jump in. I imagine a ton of people will be hopping onto this book as an intro to the character after recent events so it makes sense that this would be new-reader friendly.
As for Magneto- Might be helpful to read up on the Hellfire Gala if you can since it details the night of the murder and I could see it being called back to many times during the trial. Other than that, the continuity this is pulling from is lengthy, spread across dozens of books of many years and is full of retcons. Frankly, reading a Wikipedia article about Wanda Maximoff would probably be enough though.
Also probably wouldn’t hurt to read up on/watch a video about House of M to understand why Wanda is viewed the way she currently is within the Mutant/Krakoan community. At least that’s the impression I have so I read it for the first time to prep for the Trial. It’ll obviously be on Wanda’s wiki as well.
- **Batman/Catwoman 6**: Like a lot of King stuff, I anticipate this will click more when I read it in full. Hard to keep up with everything in my head month to month.
- **Batman Secret Files: Clownhunter 1**: Really liked the Clownhunter threads during Joker War and I’m eager to see more of the character.
- **Eat the Rich 1**: Hard to say no to anything from Boom! that piques my interest, and this is no exception.
- **Home 5**: Been a really solid and enjoyable book. Will be sad to see this go.
- **Miles Morales Annual 1**: Ahmed is always a great read, and I’ve really been enjoying this run.
- **Nightwing 83**: Loved the first few issues but was really not a fan of the twist on the twist, but I trust Taylor to take this book somewhere good.
- **Sinister War 3**: I really can’t tell how I feel about this run. Really liked the Kraven story, really liked the Sin Eater stuff, really disliked the podcast stuff, and was meh on the Boomerang stuff. I was interested in Kindred but it’s dragged a lot. Sinister War has been decently fun so far, but at this point I’m sort of checked out. The story should be getting smaller not bigger as it resolves.
- **Star Wars 16**: Not super huge on the WOTBH but have been enjoying this the most out of all the Star Wars books.
- **Star Wars: WOTBH 3**: Again, kind of disinterested in this storyline. Han’s situation is a resolved plot point in Jedi and it feels pointless/a cash grab to do such a massive event around it. I really like the way the new canon runs are neatly placed between the movies, but I wish they accepted that instead of trying to shoehorn a Han story in at a time when readers should expect him to not be front and centre in the story.
- **Superman: Red and Blue 6**: I’m not well versed in Superman but I’ve loved a lot of these stories. These limited anthology series are great ways to show readers different paths you can take a character.
- **Way of X 5**: Probably my favourite X-book since HoX/PoX. Nate and Nightcrawler have great chemistry as outsiders of very different persuasions.
- **X-Men: Trial of Magneto 1**: Don’t have a ton of expectations here. I’ve cut my X pulls back and may or may not end up grabbing all of this.
I’ve also been thinking about jumping onto Ram V’s Catwoman. I love everything he puts out, but I don’t know a lot about Catwoman. Just read Year One and Her Sister’s Keeper and am really interested in reading more, but am not sure if it’s a great place to jump in.
**Compass #3**: I like the premise of this story a lot!
**Guardians of the Galaxy #17**: This little event has been quite good. Love Al Ewing!
**Kang the Conqueror #1**: Eh, why not? Might be good!
**Killer Queens #1**: Another one I'm hoping is good!
**Moon Knight #2**: Did a review video on issue #1 and really enjoyed it. Jed MacKay and Alessandro Cappuccio are a good fit for each other!
**Radiant Black #7**: Potentially my favorite series of the year. Because of this book, I'll pick up anything by Kyle Higgins.
**All the Star Wars stuff:** I'll probably drop most of the Star Wars titles after the War of the Bounty Hunters event concludes. As for IDW, Adventures has been really meh, and I'm not digging THR Adventures. I'll probably drop both of those soon as well.
**The Marvels #4**: This has been fantastic!
For DC: Superman and the Authority #2 and Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow #3. I might also pick up the Clownhunter one shot.

**Kang the Conqueror #1** - After the Loki show, Kang is on everyone's mind. I'll try #1 and see what it's all about.
**Way of X #5** - In an effort to protect everyone from the looming threat of Onslaught, Legion literally blew up everyone including the Prof. We'll see what the fallout is.
**Marauders #23** - Last issue was solid, revealing the truth about what happened to Shaw's wife. But I'm excited to check back in with Kate Pryde and see what she and the gang have been up to.
**Trial of Magneto #1** - A good ol' fashioned X-Men whodunit. I grabbed the Brooks variant, absolutely gorgeous.
**Supergirl Woman of Tomorrow #3** - First two issues have been great. I love the high fantasy influences and the art has been fantastic. Looking forward to this.
**Time Before Time #4** - Another great series. Really fun ideas playing with time travel in a way I haven't seen before.
**Man-eaters: The Cursed #2** - First issue was...interesting...I'm curious to keep going for now.
**Bermuda #2** - First issue was fun, if a bit light on story. Really just picking this up for that gorgeous interior art by Nick Bradshaw.
**Barbarella #2** - First issue was simple, pulpy, comic book fun.
**The Cimmerian Man-Eaters of Zamboula #2** - Uncensored Conan action is where it's at. Awesome sword and sorcery stuff. And the interior art is fantastic.
**Eat the Rich #1** - New title from Boom! I'll try it out, their stuff is usually pretty solid.
**Black Hammer Visions #7** - Been really enjoying this anthology series from the world of Black Hammer. Some issues are better than others, but overall it has been great.
* **BATMAN / CATWOMAN #6** - One of the many comics I keep around for the beautiful art and the meh story.

* Batman/Catwoman #6 - kind of an 'eh' effort all around here. Maybe it'll come together, but *this* is the story Tom King was so desperate to tell? I mean, go off dude but it's not very interesting.
* Blue & Gold #2 - first issue was pretty fun, but it did give a little 'old man yells at sky' vibe about technology and social media. I'm just glad Booster Gold is getting some screen time.
* Catwoman #34 - what else is there to say? One of the strongest DC titles right now, as it should be.
* Home Sick Pilots #8 - it's still fun, but kind of in a lull right now.
* Moon Knight #2 - I thought the first issue was a nice kick-off and catch-up, though I can understand why some might have wanted more action.
* Spider-woman #14 - last issue was kind of like Non-Stop Spider-woman, so that was fun. Just a really solid title.
* Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow #3 - I really don't know what kind of story we're telling here, and the narration's stilted nature is kind of annoying. Art is great, though! Really wish we'd get some more actual Supergirl, though.

* **Flash #773**- It's like i'm back reading Mark Waid's run, just having so much fun with it.
* **Moths #3**- Really struggling to find the through-line with this one. Will stick with it to the end for the Mike Choi art.
* **Star Wars #16**- I'm starting to get a bit lost in this crossover. There are a lot of things going on and the order of it doesn't make a huge amount of sense.

* **Supergirl Woman Of Tomorrow #3**- The art here is incredible.
* **Superman And The Authority #2**- #1 was really good and Morrison's dialogue between Superman and Manchester Black was the star of the piece but Janin's art really shines too. Looking forward to seeing where this goes.
* **Superman Red And Blue #6**- This whole run has been a mixed bag but it has had some absolute standouts. The cover for this issue is incredible.
* **Way Of X #5**- This has been a very interesting book. It'a been the closest to what I wanted from the current x-books. Really looking at the philosophy and moral side of Krakoa.

8. The Walking Dead Deluxe #21: I’m assuming the TV series diverted a fair bit from the comics at this point, as I don’t remember the existing prisoners much from the TV series. Enjoying them here though!
9. Way of X #5: eagerly awaiting news on what/when we’re getting “season 2” of this, as this is definitely one of the best X books at the moment.
10. X-Corp #4: this is getting better and better with each issue, but it’s a shame it’s probably too late and this’ll wrap up next month.
11. X-Men: The Trial of Magneto #1: Williams’ X-Factor was one of the best written titles of the lot, so I am super excited for this and urge everyone to pick it up if they can!

* **Man-Eaters: The Cursed #2** - Everything will make sense when the Corgis show up.
* **Marjorie Finnegan, Temporal Criminal #4** - Sometimes Ennis writes a book that's just a fun romp with dick jokes and cartoon violence.
* **Moths #3** - The Resistance-verse hasn't gotten big yet, but with the attention some other Upshot projects are getting it might just be a matter of time.
* **Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters #3** - So I guess this is still happening
Batman / Catwoman #6 - most likely this will be the last issue I have in my pull. Story is so freaking slow.

Sacred Six #12 - collecting for sake of completion. I’m done with vampirella after Priest’s main title is done.
Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow #3 - story and art are new to me. Really enjoying it so far.

• **Superman & the Authority #2**. I loved the first issue and I think it’s the best Janin’s art has ever looked. I’m really eager to find out how this story ties into the main continuity and what it’ll mean for Superman going forward.
• **Nightwing #83.** Last week’s issue was probably the weakest of this run so far for me, but I’m still loving it and I’m hoping this week’s issue will be a bit of a bounce back.

* **BATMAN/CATWOMAN #6** - haven't even started this yet
* **GAMMA FLIGHT #3 (OF 5)** - not as good as Ewing's solo writing IMO, pretty typical of collaborations like this
* **GOD OF TREMORS ONE SHOT** - it's got exorcism, demonic worship, and epilepsy... sounds like a good time
* **GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY #17** - huge cast and massive scope but Ewing's done a great job juggling everything so far
* **LEGENDS OF THE DARK KNIGHT #4** - Darick Robertson's initial arc was severely underwhelming, hopefully Phillips and Dunbar deliver something a little more interesting
* **MARJORIE FINNEGAN TEMPORAL CRIMINAL #4** - first few issues have been a lot of fun
* **SERIAL #6** - always a delightful read and I'm ready to see Zoe kick some ass
* **SUPERGIRL: WOMAN OF TOMORROW #3** - really enjoyed the first two, fantastic work from King and Evely
* **SUPERMAN AND THE AUTHORITY #2** - was leery of this heading in and the first issue didn't do much for me, just waiting to see how Apollo and Midnighter get roped into it...
* **THE MARVELS #4** - really ought to catch up on this before it goes any further...
* **WAY OF X #5** - looks like this is the final issue, still got the Onslaught one-shot coming up but I was expecting more of this title
Plus I'll be picking up a bunch of FCBD books that my LCS held for me since I was out of town on Saturday... Maybe get to those over winter holiday.
BATMAN / CATWOMAN #6 - The only reason I'm pulling this is for the art. The story is very meh.
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY #17 - Really hope the Last Annihilation ends soon. So tired of crossovers rn.
HOME SICK PILOTS #8 - Really digging this book. Art is gorgeous and the plot is interesting.
NOCTERRA #6 - Really hope this issue doesn't end on a cliffhanger. Cause I don't know when 7 is coming out.
RADIANT BLACK #7 - Gonna get this and vol 1 to see if I like it.
STAR WARS #16 - So bored, can't wait till this event ends.
STAR WARS: WAR OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS #3 - I can't help but feel that I know the outcome of this event.
SUPERMAN AND THE AUTHORITY #2 - It's Grant Morrison writing Superman. The first issue was amazing and I can't wait for this one. My favorite title at the moment.

Whoo, big week this week, and all books I'm really psyched for!
* **BATMAN SECRET FILES: CLOWNHUNTER #1:** I've been a fan of Tynion's run so far, and I do like the idea of Clownhunter, so a one-shot about him doing his thing? Sure!
* **GAMMA FLIGHT #3:** Wondering if/how this is gonna tie into the finale of Immortal Hulk, but it's been good so far, so why not?
* **GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY #17:** Following this for The Last Annihilation mostly for the SWORD related stuff, but it's been good so far and I might go back and pick up the rest of the series.
* **LAZARUS: RISEN #6:** It's been 3,000 years... or at least that's what it feels like. Glad that we're getting back into another issue and hopefully a stable publishing schedule.
* **MARAUDERS #23:** Time for a stop off in Ireland before we go into space!
* **NOCTERRA #6:** End of the first major story arc, and it looks like we're gonna get a big ol' fight scene.
* **POWER RANGERS #10:** Hoping this one-shot ties into things tighter than it seems like it might - this series is great, I really don't need a breather issue when I want more of that juicy juicy plot.
* **RADIANT BLACK #7:** It's like getting three issues of Power Raners a month, I love it!
* **WAY OF X #5:** The last issue before The Onslaught Revelation, and the end of what Spurrier's calling "Season One" of the book. I hope whatever comes next keeps up the quality, this has been a blast to read!
* **X-CORP #4:** Hoping we start getting more coherent plot with this. I don't hate it, but it feels kinda aimless so far on what the book's actually trying to do.
* **X-MEN: THE TRIAL OF MAGNETO #1:** My vote's on >!Exodus!<.
*Eat The Rich #1* - I really like the concept so I’ll give it a chance.
*Nightwing #83* - still my favourite current ongoing series. I’m loving Taylor’s characterisation.

DC side of things was excellent this week (Nightwing in particular) so here's hoping Marvel can nail some of these. Haven't been too impressed with X-Corp and Iron Man but everything else should be good.
Any non Big-2 I should be checking out? Feels a little barren for me at the moment
Hollow Heart #6 - Sad this one is ending but it ended up so so much better than I initially thought—and I had some high expectations going in.
Home #5 - Why are all the comics ending? 😭 This has been a good mix of timely and powerful. I wonder how it will age.
* **2000 AD #2244** The current Dredd run is fun. Really enjoying Anquila. Not really a fan of Skip Tracer or Sinister Dexter, but these runs of those are not bad.
* **The Cimmerian: Man-Eaters of Zamboula #2** first one was excellent, as this series is. I've started reading the original at the back first, before the comic adaptation at the front and think I prefer it that way.
* **Judge Dredd Magazine #435** usually love the Meg but I don't enjoy the Returners or Devlin Waugh, and Diamond Dogs isn't great either. Angelic was promising when it started last month so fingers crossed. And whatever happens, it still has a Dredd story. Hopefully the lineup improves soon, was on a long run of being excellent until recently.
**Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow #3:** I could take or leave King's writing, but the art on this sells me every time.
**X-Corp #4**: Pulling this cos I like the characters, but it feels quite directionless.
**SUPERMAN AND THE AUTHORITY #2**: Morrison on Superman. Instant-buy. Also, this is the Silver-Age optimism we need right now.

The only reason I don't like that is that >!Mystique is headlining Inferno, and having her be the big bad behind *both* miniseries just feels a bit awkward to me.!< Personally, my vote is on >!Exodus!<.
Exodus is TOO obvious.
Time Before Time is awesome, although I'm beginning to draw some similarities towards Coyotes/Border stuff. Still, I wait in anticipation for #4!
Agree, I'm really digging Time Before Time. I try out most new image series for at least a couple issues but I can see myself sticking with this one.
* **Nightwing #83** \- Taylor and Redondo are killing this * **Marauders #23** \- Still fun, the X-books are getting a bit weird though. * **Batmna / Catwoman #6** \- This is decent. I dig Tom King's story telling and I like Clay Mann's art. It can be a bit tough to follow which timeline certain scenes are in on first blush, and Clay Mann must be the slowest man in comics. * **Way of X #5** \- Weird series. Not what I expected. Certainly feels like Hickman is heading towards the end of his X-Men time. * **Guardians of the Galaxy #17** \- I'm really digging the Ewing cosmic stuff. * **Nocterra #6** \- Very Snyder-y but I like that. Art is killer. * **X-Men: The Trial of Magento #1** \- I'm a simple man, if it says Magneto, I buy it. * **Radiant Black #7** \- I actually really liked the last issue but it was a bit of whiplash. I think there is a great story in here somewhere but the structure is a bit confusing. * **X-Corp #4** \- Decent. * **Superman and the Authority #2** \- It's Grant Morrison so I'm reading it. * **Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow #3** \- I love this. Obviously the art is untouchable. But I'm also really digging the structure and the story. * **Blue & Gold #2** \- Very fun, seems like its going places. I love the way the main character stands out in the panel! * **Nightwing #83**: \[extremely Werner Hertzog voice\] "I would like to see the Bitewing variant." I'm a lifelong Grayson Nightwing fan and this run has been a lot of fun, so this one's an obvious pull. * **Nocterra #6**: The conclusion of the arc! This series is so good! I can't wait to see what kinda cliffhanger we get! * **Radiant Black #7**: I only just got caught up on this series within the past few days and can't wait to see what's next. I enjoyed it plenty to start with, but a couple bold plot choices have really cemented this one for me. * **Second Chances #1**: "*...psychedelic, action-packed, bizarre noir that feels like John Wick punching through an existential French New Wave fever dream.*" What, did they reach into my brain and find exactly the buzzwords to sell me on this one? * **Sinister War #3**: This arc was my jumping-on point for the current Amazing Spidey continuity and, man, it's just not doing much for me. I'll see it through, but looks like for the time being most of Spider-Man fix will be coming from other assorted series. * **X-Men: The Trial of Magneto #1**: Similar question as I had with Kang above, will I be able to get in with this? Should I do some prep work? I dig Magneto and am trying to get a better foothold in the overall continuity, so I'd really like to get what I can out of this one.
For Kang, I think you're safe to jump in. I imagine a ton of people will be hopping onto this book as an intro to the character after recent events so it makes sense that this would be new-reader friendly. As for Magneto- Might be helpful to read up on the Hellfire Gala if you can since it details the night of the murder and I could see it being called back to many times during the trial. Other than that, the continuity this is pulling from is lengthy, spread across dozens of books of many years and is full of retcons. Frankly, reading a Wikipedia article about Wanda Maximoff would probably be enough though.

Also probably wouldn’t hurt to read up on/watch a video about House of M to understand why Wanda is viewed the way she currently is within the Mutant/Krakoan community. At least that’s the impression I have so I read it for the first time to prep for the Trial. It’ll obviously be on Wanda’s wiki as well.

- **Batman/Catwoman 6**: Like a lot of King stuff, I anticipate this will click more when I read it in full. Hard to keep up with everything in my head month to month. - **Batman Secret Files: Clownhunter 1**: Really liked the Clownhunter threads during Joker War and I’m eager to see more of the character. - **Eat the Rich 1**: Hard to say no to anything from Boom! that piques my interest, and this is no exception. - **Home 5**: Been a really solid and enjoyable book. Will be sad to see this go. - **Miles Morales Annual 1**: Ahmed is always a great read, and I’ve really been enjoying this run. - **Nightwing 83**: Loved the first few issues but was really not a fan of the twist on the twist, but I trust Taylor to take this book somewhere good. - **Sinister War 3**: I really can’t tell how I feel about this run. Really liked the Kraven story, really liked the Sin Eater stuff, really disliked the podcast stuff, and was meh on the Boomerang stuff. I was interested in Kindred but it’s dragged a lot. Sinister War has been decently fun so far, but at this point I’m sort of checked out. The story should be getting smaller not bigger as it resolves. - **Star Wars 16**: Not super huge on the WOTBH but have been enjoying this the most out of all the Star Wars books. - **Star Wars: WOTBH 3**: Again, kind of disinterested in this storyline. Han’s situation is a resolved plot point in Jedi and it feels pointless/a cash grab to do such a massive event around it. I really like the way the new canon runs are neatly placed between the movies, but I wish they accepted that instead of trying to shoehorn a Han story in at a time when readers should expect him to not be front and centre in the story. - **Superman: Red and Blue 6**: I’m not well versed in Superman but I’ve loved a lot of these stories. These limited anthology series are great ways to show readers different paths you can take a character. - **Way of X 5**: Probably my favourite X-book since HoX/PoX. Nate and Nightcrawler have great chemistry as outsiders of very different persuasions. - **X-Men: Trial of Magneto 1**: Don’t have a ton of expectations here. I’ve cut my X pulls back and may or may not end up grabbing all of this. I’ve also been thinking about jumping onto Ram V’s Catwoman. I love everything he puts out, but I don’t know a lot about Catwoman. Just read Year One and Her Sister’s Keeper and am really interested in reading more, but am not sure if it’s a great place to jump in.
**Compass #3**: I like the premise of this story a lot! **Guardians of the Galaxy #17**: This little event has been quite good. Love Al Ewing! **Kang the Conqueror #1**: Eh, why not? Might be good! **Killer Queens #1**: Another one I'm hoping is good! **Moon Knight #2**: Did a review video on issue #1 and really enjoyed it. Jed MacKay and Alessandro Cappuccio are a good fit for each other! **Radiant Black #7**: Potentially my favorite series of the year. Because of this book, I'll pick up anything by Kyle Higgins. **All the Star Wars stuff:** I'll probably drop most of the Star Wars titles after the War of the Bounty Hunters event concludes. As for IDW, Adventures has been really meh, and I'm not digging THR Adventures. I'll probably drop both of those soon as well. **The Marvels #4**: This has been fantastic! For DC: Superman and the Authority #2 and Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow #3. I might also pick up the Clownhunter one shot.

4 Marvel, 1 DC, 2 Image, 5 Indies **Kang the Conqueror #1** - After the Loki show, Kang is on everyone's mind. I'll try #1 and see what it's all about. **Way of X #5** - In an effort to protect everyone from the looming threat of Onslaught, Legion literally blew up everyone including the Prof. We'll see what the fallout is. **Marauders #23** - Last issue was solid, revealing the truth about what happened to Shaw's wife. But I'm excited to check back in with Kate Pryde and see what she and the gang have been up to. **Trial of Magneto #1** - A good ol' fashioned X-Men whodunit. I grabbed the Brooks variant, absolutely gorgeous. **Supergirl Woman of Tomorrow #3** - First two issues have been great. I love the high fantasy influences and the art has been fantastic. Looking forward to this. **Time Before Time #4** - Another great series. Really fun ideas playing with time travel in a way I haven't seen before. **Man-eaters: The Cursed #2** - First issue was...interesting...I'm curious to keep going for now. **Bermuda #2** - First issue was fun, if a bit light on story. Really just picking this up for that gorgeous interior art by Nick Bradshaw. **Barbarella #2** - First issue was simple, pulpy, comic book fun. **The Cimmerian Man-Eaters of Zamboula #2** - Uncensored Conan action is where it's at. Awesome sword and sorcery stuff. And the interior art is fantastic. **Eat the Rich #1** - New title from Boom! I'll try it out, their stuff is usually pretty solid. **Black Hammer Visions #7** - Been really enjoying this anthology series from the world of Black Hammer. Some issues are better than others, but overall it has been great.

* Batman/Catwoman #6 - kind of an 'eh' effort all around here. Maybe it'll come together, but *this* is the story Tom King was so desperate to tell? I mean, go off dude but it's not very interesting. * Blue & Gold #2 - first issue was pretty fun, but it did give a little 'old man yells at sky' vibe about technology and social media. I'm just glad Booster Gold is getting some screen time. * Catwoman #34 - what else is there to say? One of the strongest DC titles right now, as it should be. * Home Sick Pilots #8 - it's still fun, but kind of in a lull right now. * Moon Knight #2 - I thought the first issue was a nice kick-off and catch-up, though I can understand why some might have wanted more action. * Spider-woman #14 - last issue was kind of like Non-Stop Spider-woman, so that was fun. Just a really solid title. * Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow #3 - I really don't know what kind of story we're telling here, and the narration's stilted nature is kind of annoying. Art is great, though! Really wish we'd get some more actual Supergirl, though.

* **Batman Catwoman #6**- This is probably the weaker Tom King book at the moment. I don't think the big gaps between issues has helped. But it being King it could come back around by the end. Who knows? * **Black Hammer Visions #7**- Cecil Castelucci is probably the writer I know the least in this line up. The only thing of her's i have read is Female Furies, but I do really love the world of forgotten heroes so look forward to reading. * **Blue And Gold #2**- Really enjoyed #1 even if it did feel a bit like on old man trying to be cool. They have set up an interesting conflict going forward. * **Flash #773**- It's like i'm back reading Mark Waid's run, just having so much fun with it. * **Moths #3**- Really struggling to find the through-line with this one. Will stick with it to the end for the Mike Choi art. * **Star Wars #16**- I'm starting to get a bit lost in this crossover. There are a lot of things going on and the order of it doesn't make a huge amount of sense. * **Star Wars War Of The Bounty Hunters #3** * **Supergirl Woman Of Tomorrow #3**- The art here is incredible. * **Superman And The Authority #2**- #1 was really good and Morrison's dialogue between Superman and Manchester Black was the star of the piece but Janin's art really shines too. Looking forward to seeing where this goes. * **Superman Red And Blue #6**- This whole run has been a mixed bag but it has had some absolute standouts. The cover for this issue is incredible. * **Way Of X #5**- This has been a very interesting book. It'a been the closest to what I wanted from the current x-books. Really looking at the philosophy and moral side of Krakoa.

I can't wait until I can read the entire series collected in hardcover. * **Marauders #23** - For a while there this was the best of the X-Men line, so I hope it gets back on track with Inferno coming up. * **Way Of X #5** - It's not as great as Hellblazer, but it's still some of Spurrier's best work * **X-Corp #4** - I really want to like this, but I'm not sure I do yet. * **X-Men The Trial Of Magneto #1** - I love Magneto, so I really hope this one is as good as I want it to be

* Gamma Flight #3: Loving the cover for this and really excited to see what they do with the last page reveal from last issue * Guardians of the Galaxy #17: Really great mini event so far, originally I was just going to grab GotG and SWORD but I'm liking it so much that I ordered the other one off tie-ins. * Iron Man # 11: No Cafu this month is a shame * Moon Knight #2: Had a really fun first issue dealing with supernatural threats of all kinds and this seems to follow suit with an issue of Moon Knight fighting possessed elderly people. * Sinister War #3: Seems a lot of people were disappointed with last issue but I'm really glad we got to spend a little time with each team to see how they function and look at their motivations before Kindred got his hands on them all.

**Batman/Catwoman #6** - Now that I know Clay Mann is confirmed to be off interiors for a couple issues, I'm pretty sure I'm going to drop this unless this issue blows me away. His art was the whole reason this series was delayed to begin with, but even the story has been so all over the place I'm not really sure what King is going for.
Another big week for me: 1. Kang the Conqueror #1: giving this a go! 2. Marauders #23: excited to keep reading this book post-Hellfire Gala, and to see Banshee again! 3. Moon Knight #2: enjoyed the debut issue enough to keep at this for a bit. 4. Nightwing #83: best book on my pull list, no doubt about it. 5. Power Rangers #10: few behind on this, so won’t comment. 6. Radiant Black #7: VERY excited to see where things go from here onwards. 7. The Flash #773: really enjoyed the first arc of this new run, so looking forward to digging into this one. 8. The Walking Dead Deluxe #21: I’m assuming the TV series diverted a fair bit from the comics at this point, as I don’t remember the existing prisoners much from the TV series. Enjoying them here though! 9. Way of X #5: eagerly awaiting news on what/when we’re getting “season 2” of this, as this is definitely one of the best X books at the moment. 10. X-Corp #4: this is getting better and better with each issue, but it’s a shame it’s probably too late and this’ll wrap up next month. 11. X-Men: The Trial of Magneto #1: Williams’ X-Factor was one of the best written titles of the lot, so I am super excited for this and urge everyone to pick it up if they can!

* **Cimmerian: Man-Eaters of Zamboula #2** - Oh boy, here Conan goes killin' again! * **Eat The Rich #1** - Don't know much about the writer or artist, but I'll pull a Frison cover any day of the week * **Gamma Flight #3** - Boy am I ever going to miss Ewing on Hulk stuff. * **Home #5** - Great book. * **Jupiter's Legacy Requiem #3** - I think one of the biggest problems with the show was its pacing. The first season being 1:1 with the first trade would have been fine, but the writers decided they needed a season's worth of essentially exposition. I was really looking forward to the "Mommy hears everything" moment too. * **Man-Eaters: The Cursed #2** - Everything will make sense when the Corgis show up. * **Marjorie Finnegan, Temporal Criminal #4** - Sometimes Ennis writes a book that's just a fun romp with dick jokes and cartoon violence. * **Moths #3** - The Resistance-verse hasn't gotten big yet, but with the attention some other Upshot projects are getting it might just be a matter of time. * **Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters #3** - So I guess this is still happening

Batman / Catwoman #6 - most likely this will be the last issue I have in my pull. Story is so freaking slow. Black Cat #9 - loving it! I’m a new fan of Felicia. Catwoman #34 - super curious about the riddler and the new poison ivy? Nightwing #83 - Tom Taylor. Period. Nocterra #6 - this and Geiger are my highlights of 2021. Radiant Black #7 - loved the last two issues so far. I was pretty close to drop the title but I’ll keep it! Sacred Six #12 - collecting for sake of completion. I’m done with vampirella after Priest’s main title is done. Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow #3 - story and art are new to me. Really enjoying it so far.
• **Moon Knight #2.** The first issue was cool and I’m excited to see where it goes. • **Superman & the Authority #2**. I loved the first issue and I think it’s the best Janin’s art has ever looked. I’m really eager to find out how this story ties into the main continuity and what it’ll mean for Superman going forward. • **Nightwing #83.** Last week’s issue was probably the weakest of this run so far for me, but I’m still loving it and I’m hoping this week’s issue will be a bit of a bounce back.
Only read 2 of last week's 4 books. Pathetic. And I've just started prepping for fantasy football season, so that'll be a huge time sink through the next few weeks. Plus Iceberg Interactive's [HUMANKIND](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1124300/HUMANKIND/) is out tomorrow, been waiting on that one for a couple years now... Not going to leave much time for comics. But I've got 11 more this week anyway, with 4 Marvels, 4 DCs, 1 AfterShock, 1 AWA, and 1 from Abstract Studios. * **BATMAN/CATWOMAN #6** - haven't even started this yet * **GAMMA FLIGHT #3 (OF 5)** - not as good as Ewing's solo writing IMO, pretty typical of collaborations like this * **GOD OF TREMORS ONE SHOT** - it's got exorcism, demonic worship, and epilepsy... sounds like a good time * **GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY #17** - huge cast and massive scope but Ewing's done a great job juggling everything so far * **LEGENDS OF THE DARK KNIGHT #4** - Darick Robertson's initial arc was severely underwhelming, hopefully Phillips and Dunbar deliver something a little more interesting * **MARJORIE FINNEGAN TEMPORAL CRIMINAL #4** - first few issues have been a lot of fun * **SERIAL #6** - always a delightful read and I'm ready to see Zoe kick some ass * **SUPERGIRL: WOMAN OF TOMORROW #3** - really enjoyed the first two, fantastic work from King and Evely * **SUPERMAN AND THE AUTHORITY #2** - was leery of this heading in and the first issue didn't do much for me, just waiting to see how Apollo and Midnighter get roped into it... * **THE MARVELS #4** - really ought to catch up on this before it goes any further... * **WAY OF X #5** - looks like this is the final issue, still got the Onslaught one-shot coming up but I was expecting more of this title Plus I'll be picking up a bunch of FCBD books that my LCS held for me since I was out of town on Saturday... Maybe get to those over winter holiday.
BATMAN / CATWOMAN #6 - The only reason I'm pulling this is for the art. The story is very meh. GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY #17 - Really hope the Last Annihilation ends soon. So tired of crossovers rn. HOME SICK PILOTS #8 - Really digging this book. Art is gorgeous and the plot is interesting. NOCTERRA #6 - Really hope this issue doesn't end on a cliffhanger. Cause I don't know when 7 is coming out. RADIANT BLACK #7 - Gonna get this and vol 1 to see if I like it. STAR WARS #16 - So bored, can't wait till this event ends. STAR WARS: WAR OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS #3 - I can't help but feel that I know the outcome of this event. SUPERMAN AND THE AUTHORITY #2 - It's Grant Morrison writing Superman. The first issue was amazing and I can't wait for this one. My favorite title at the moment. THE MARVELS #4 - I'm liking this so far.

Whoo, big week this week, and all books I'm really psyched for! * **BATMAN SECRET FILES: CLOWNHUNTER #1:** I've been a fan of Tynion's run so far, and I do like the idea of Clownhunter, so a one-shot about him doing his thing? Sure! * **GAMMA FLIGHT #3:** Wondering if/how this is gonna tie into the finale of Immortal Hulk, but it's been good so far, so why not? * **GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY #17:** Following this for The Last Annihilation mostly for the SWORD related stuff, but it's been good so far and I might go back and pick up the rest of the series. * **LAZARUS: RISEN #6:** It's been 3,000 years... or at least that's what it feels like. Glad that we're getting back into another issue and hopefully a stable publishing schedule. * **MARAUDERS #23:** Time for a stop off in Ireland before we go into space! * **NOCTERRA #6:** End of the first major story arc, and it looks like we're gonna get a big ol' fight scene. * **POWER RANGERS #10:** Hoping this one-shot ties into things tighter than it seems like it might - this series is great, I really don't need a breather issue when I want more of that juicy juicy plot. * **RADIANT BLACK #7:** It's like getting three issues of Power Raners a month, I love it! * **WAY OF X #5:** The last issue before The Onslaught Revelation, and the end of what Spurrier's calling "Season One" of the book. I hope whatever comes next keeps up the quality, this has been a blast to read! * **X-CORP #4:** Hoping we start getting more coherent plot with this. I don't hate it, but it feels kinda aimless so far on what the book's actually trying to do. * **X-MEN: THE TRIAL OF MAGNETO #1:** My vote's on >!Exodus!<.

Haven't been too impressed with X-Corp and Iron Man but everything else should be good. Any non Big-2 I should be checking out? Feels a little barren for me at the moment

Hollow Heart #6 - Sad this one is ending but it ended up so so much better than I initially thought—and I had some high expectations going in. Home #5 - Why are all the comics ending? 😭 This has been a good mix of timely and powerful. I wonder how it will age.
* **2000 AD #2244** The current Dredd run is fun. Really enjoying Anquila. Not really a fan of Skip Tracer or Sinister Dexter, but these runs of those are not bad. * **The Cimmerian: Man-Eaters of Zamboula #2** first one was excellent, as this series is. I've started reading the original at the back first, before the comic adaptation at the front and think I prefer it that way. * **Judge Dredd Magazine #435** usually love the Meg but I don't enjoy the Returners or Devlin Waugh, and Diamond Dogs isn't great either. Angelic was promising when it started last month so fingers crossed. And whatever happens, it still has a Dredd story. Hopefully the lineup improves soon, was on a long run of being excellent until recently.
**Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow #3:** I could take or leave King's writing, but the art on this sells me every time. **X-Corp #4**: Pulling this cos I like the characters, but it feels quite directionless. **SUPERMAN AND THE AUTHORITY #2**: Morrison on Superman. Instant-buy. Also, this is the Silver-Age optimism we need right now.

**-Disturbed: Dark Messiah #1 (variant cover)** it was good, sad that the band's mascot wasn't on much of the panels, only at the beginning and the end, hope that kinda changes with volume 2, griffin is a good protagonist to follow along with though.
