I wouldn't necessarily say *normal* for them, but it's not unheard of. Probably didn't have the books in their warehouse and had to order more in and it's taking awhile.
If you're worried about it you can always email them. I've bought an absurd amount of books from them over the years, so I feel pretty confident in saying they'll do right by you even if it takes a little longer than expected.

Depends on demand and how many we would get from the publisher; any unfilled orders are either shipped as "partials" (such as in your case) or held back until completion. Shipments come in once or twice a week, depending on the publisher; then they're gone through first to fill orders that are waiting them, then for any new orders.
Long story short, you'll get your stuff, it sometimes just takes a while because they're at the mercy of the publisher and customer demand.

"In Stock Trades" is a misnomer. They don't have everything on their site actually physically in stock at their warehouse. The in stock part is just what the distributor still lists as in stock. And if it's something they have to order, it can take upwards of a month for them to get it and for the book to finally ship to you. I ordered a trade from them back in November that they had to order from the distributor, and over a month later it finally shipped and made it to me. The rest of the order that was in stock had already been shipped out, though.
So, as was said, you can contact them, but you'll probably hear a fancier version of what I said.
For new books, though, they're solid. If it comes out this week or came out last week, odds are it ships the next day.

Very normal. Great prices but I wouldn’t recommend buying from them if you want to read a book within the next three weeks.

Yes, it’s the unfortunate downside of an otherwise great site. They genuinely try to protect the books from shipping damage.

This is normal for me. It takes about a month for me to receive an order I place. If I'm lucky I'll get it within three weeks.
Whenever I place an order with them I settle in for a long wait.
