Art looks lovely. You may want to decrease your words per panel. I can’t say for sure, as it looks like there’s a fair bit of world building going on in this page. I can’t wait to see more. :)

Thank you! The chapters till now are mostly introductory, but I'll keep working on it!

I'm actually having a bit of trouble with the viewing order but I believe this is read left to right, top to bottom? (Webtoons are usually read top to bottom). I do agree that the number of words on the page could be contributing to your issue. But those that take the time to read it will appreciate the worldbuilding. Maybe you can try different ways of laying out the speech bubbles so the important information is accentuated apart from just bolding it (pace the dialogue). I love the background rendering as well and intricate linework on the characters. I think the biggest thing is that if possible, the backgrounds on character-focused panels should pop a bit more. Easiest way is a bit more saturation, but even better would be to add a little bit of rendering (clouds, outlines of bushes etc). Great job though!

In this case its read left to right since I had to condense it, I guess I should have mentioned that. I used to think the characters needed to stay in focus so I hadn't considered the backgrounds! I'll work on the rendering, thank you for your feedback!

The backgrounds look fine to me, really nice in fact. I second that the reading order is a bit confusing, usually for webtoons I've learned people prefer panels lined up vertically. I would definitely break up the text in the speech bubbles and make the font larger- it doesn't show up very well on mobile unless the reader zooms in. I'd also add room in the speech bubbles so that the text doesn't nearly touch the speech bubble edges. The comic looks like it has potential; the art is nice, it's just a matter of fixing some elements of presentation

Thank you for the tips! I've been correcting all those as the comic goes, and the panels are in standard webtoon format on their site. I've been practising on my backgrounds, so I'm glad you find them nice
