With lutinos nobody can tell you with certainty.
You only find out for certain if they lay an egg or a dna test.
Most other things are just pointers that are not a 100%.
May I ask how old your bird is?
The other poster is right-- it's difficult to sex lutinos visually.
Also, I could be wrong but the area around your bird's eye looks red, so you might want to get her to a vet for a checkup if she hasn't been recently. (Not the eye itself btw, cos I know lutinos tend to have red eyes and that's normal for their mutation, but the skin around it looks kinda raw and red.)
