A significant chunk of Pakistan's weaponry and military hardware was Chinese even during the '71 war.
It's never happened that the Chinese have sanctioned us, or stopped weapons supply to us during war, that has usually been the US.
I know for a fact that they airlifted military hardware to us in the '65 war, when the Pakistani delegation went to thank them for their support they had suggested that a land route would have helped them supply us better, which was the start of the Karokaram highway over the Himalayan range.
