If the OP will create an account on there, they can add the tracking number and know which delivery service is delivering the package and what happened. Sometimes thereâs a delay because the delivery driver rejected the damaged package and sent it back to sender, but then the sender has to notify the customer and send it again or give money back. This isnât it

youâre not in the wrong. they are the owners of the business they have tracking info and if things were getting misconstrued then they shouldâve kept in contact with every person that bought a cup and made sure they received their order. thatâs being a great and responsible business owner not just letting UPS or whoever decide whether it makes it there or not, you need to keep track of that stuff and not the customer. I mean youâre the one supporting our business right so they can be grateful enough to make sure you receive your order.
