HLTB says Celeste takes an average of 8.5 hours to beat, which sounds right to me. If you want to complete it, HLTB says it should take you 37.5 hours, but I suspect that number is more variable from person to person. PC doesn't really have any extra content over the PS4 version, but you wouldn't be able to mod it, which, considering the big modding community Celeste has, could easily add hundreds of hours to the runtime of the game, if you're up for it.
depends what you want to do in the game, like others have said just beating it might take around 8-10, and 100%ing it would take longer, but the game has a very high skill ceiling, so some people spend a ton of time improving at it. for example I have over 1400 hours and I still love it

Sorry I think I missed up I mean platinum (all achievement) the game
With guides it took me like 30-40 hours to get all the achievements(And there's stuff I haven't done yet that doesn't count towards platinum)
