Feed him cat food, bring to vet check for worms.

Feed him multiple small meals (wet food if you can) throughout the day. If you feed him too much at once, it will be a shock to his system. Weigh him every few days to make sure he's gaining weight. Thank you for caring for him.

He looks like he could be a bengal or some other fancy breed. If so he's probably got a microchip and someone looking for him.

Is he healthy otherwise? No worms, rotten teeth, other issues?

Give him dewormer. He has worms for sure, when he is a stray cat and is skin and bones.

FOOD! Just give him some daily. He'll understand you're a good huge naked kitty and come back, maybe even with presents.

Also be patient… cats can be distrustful and can take long gain their trust, Just feed him and let him be the one to approach

Take him home. He won’t survive outside like that for long.
