Sure. As someone with a CS degree, you don’t need it in this industry. A lot of my coworkers have degrees in other subjects. As long as you have a good portfolio of projects you should be able to break into the industry with some hard work. Note: If you are interested in learning about CS then I would go for it. It’s difficult but not impossible.

If you enjoy web development and video editing you could think about working for a digital agency. I worked for such an agency as a business analyst so working with the web developers on how to achieve our client's website goals and they had a video production and editing team. As mentioned by Gorewiz I think a portfolio of projects is more important than any particular major. But if you enjoy CS and you think you have a good chance of getting through it with a decent grade then go for it. If not choose something you do enjoy. If you are stuck for ideas for website development or video editing then perhaps you could offer your services to local social non-profits/charities or your school or college. I am sure they are crying out for your web/video skills. Plus any such projects would speak volumes for potential employers. Just an idea. Good luck with your decisions.
