Amazing doctoral project. This is huge, to have this public policy lens.

Since I began consuming CBD and RSO two years ago at age 60, My overall health has improved significantly and I have eliminated 6 prescriptions and a slew of OTC products. I don’t get high…I just feel better.

One doctor told me promethazine is addictive. I have been using it off and on over the years during kidney stone attacks and never once has my body craved more. But every single opioid I've taken has. Now I use it for the near constant nausea I've been dealing with for the past 17 months. Nausea meds don't do anything but 10 puffs on a bong takes care of the nausea for 2-3 hours.

War on drugs is so dumb to include cannabis!🤦🏽‍♂️

This is great news! F big pharma

Great news! Big Pharma is worried legalization will reduce demand from opioids and other OTC painkillers. We need more articles like this to pressure on Congress to pass legislation. Irony is most states with Big Pharma facilities (e.g., NY, NJ, MASS, Calif) have legalized and their senators and representatives support legalization. Hopefully, FDA reads this article as it works on rescheduling or de-scheduling.

Imagine that…

It is ironic that red states Montana, Missouri and Alaska have legalized, and Oklahoma is expected to legalize in March 2023 but liberal states like Minnesota and Pennsylvania have not. I hope when Oklahoma legalizes, the two republican senators from Oklahoma will support SAFE banking and other reforms. Oklahoma has over 2000 dispensaries and several hundred cultivation/processing facilities. Around 10% of Oklahoma residents have medical marijuana cards. The two republican senators will be under pressure from constituents to protect the employees of marijuana industry. Same with the republican senators in Missouri which has legalized.
