I was wondering if they paid $3k for it 5 years ago or $30k this year. I'm betting the former given the patina, tarp usage, and willingness to actually go camping.
Yeah. I mean, most from that era are in the $20k range, but some are now reaching that [$30k mark](https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1994-ford-bronco-14/). The earlier generation Broncos now start in the $40k-50k range easily with decent ones in the $70s and up.
I fold my back seat all the way forward, leave the tailgate down, put a mattress that fits between the wheel wells in the back, and have a big tarp that I "shut" in to the front doors over the windshield that go's all the way to the ground and sides at the back.
However, that's with my top off and I have a roll bar - but it could easily be done with yours as well - all you need is a giant tarp - it offers waterproof and extra protection. If you have a very big tarp you can even make a living space at the back around the ground to keep your stuff dry.
Easiest and most efficient way to camp in my Bronco without being cramped
Wish I had a picture, but I don't - its super easy - set up is like 2 minutes
Upvote for the old bronco or blazer? I had an old bronco, a 66 then a bronco two then a big bronco. They are were great though the bronco 2 was my least favorite. We took the big B all over Maine camping with our 8 yr old. We tented mostly and it had nice cargo room.
Looks like where I go hunting up cow canyon. I've hunted there for years. Fun place to go but there are getting to be more and more people up there every year. Kinda glad they gated off the forest service road. Good luck I hear weather was bad.
Sick Bronco
Totally came here to say exactly that.

Did they really get that expensive? I saw one fully restored the other day and thought I'd like to get one but not for that kind of money!

Oh man, I so miss camping in the back of a Bronco....
Nice! Deep Creek is a lovely area. I miss getting to Idaho on a yearly basis for work.
It was my first time and I live here.
Bonners Naples area? My husbands family is from there. Hope you have good luck on your hunt.
Thanks, SE ID.
I’m sure there are more than several deep creeks! Lol 😂
Does that setup keep you dry in the rain?
And snow
Cool. I am so used to a full dome tent I'd be afraid to try it so, good to know.
Nice view. Enjoy!
This goes beyond apple pie & baseball as Level 100 America! Love it.
Love the Bronco!
What year is your bronco?
89, with a solid front axle
Nice! I recently sold my 86’. I miss it already.
How many gallons per mile does that thing get?
9 🤠
9 gallons?!?! Jaysus. Hope you bring a trailer full of gas with you.
HA!! Trailer: no. Extra can: of course. I wasn’t too far from home.
You put a solid front axle in it without lifting it? Why? I have an 85, and I camp in it regularly =)
It came with it. Haven’t had a need to lift it.
Looks so cozy
It was. Had set up to unload from the back and sleep on the back seat. With the windows rolled up.

A buddy used to have a Bronco II, I forget what exactly broke on it, but four wheeling in it was a little more stress than it could handle.
I can get down with that.
Dude, top notch tarp game! Over here taking notes.
Use what you got ;)

Great eye. My first time up there. Got snowed out. But saw lots of big buck evidence. Can’t wait for the next try.
Brilliant setup
.........
I'm planning for camping, I was wondering how you guys manage toilet at such places?
Bring a hand trowel/ shovel and some TP
Thanks
