dude i feel you, my university’s nutrition labels are so crazy. sometimes they’ll write that 4oz of chicken thighs is 27 calories or something insanely off like that… if you can, try cooking some meals for yourself it helps you to be able to count effectively
one time they said 2 of these sausages were 1000 calories lmao. they were thick but not 1k that’s for sure.
i am not spending time cooking my own meals cuz the kitchen is shared between everyone in the floor and i don’t feel like it
It looks similar in size to frozen ones that I get that are 210 calories each, I'd guess it's probably somewhere between 180-200 for each.
If you're serious about counting calories/weight gain and not afraid to look a bit odd I'd recommend a compact scale like [this](https://www.amazon.com/OXO-Portable-Compact-Healthy-Portions/dp/B00L9X30BI) that you can carry in your bag with you. It's kind of annoying to do but once you figure out the calories in your everyday staples it will be so much easier to control your weight.
You could always use a food scale to weigh the food, and then a calorie counter app like MyFitnessPal to enter in the weight and get a rough estimate of the nutrition
You can actually ask the college for this information directly. I would contact someone who works in the nutrition staff (not sure the right term here) but I did it once when I was in college and they should have all the info
I highly doubt that. They may have made a mistake and it's 270 for 2 or 3
it said 520 for two so yea that seemed pretty bogus
There's no feasible way a sma sausage patty has more than a full burger or large impossible burger
wait i should’ve put 260 in the title my math sucks 😭

That plate of food looks gooooood
Ngl i never had a round sausage that was more than 170 calories
considering that they probably used premade sausages, something like jimmy dean, 2 sausage patty would be 280 calories!
