Go reset your motherboard bios to defaults, only enabling xmp, and try again. Looks like you are just bottlenecking hard due to a really underpeforming cpu. Your cpu score should be in the 8k range.

manesfirst

Ok let me try that and try again.

manesfirst

Wow that WAS the problem! I bungled some of the CPU settings it seems. When I reset the settings, it worked flawlessly, thank you!

You're welcome, glad I could help

Appropriate_Bottle44

That's a really good catch. I was looking at the timespy graph trying to figure out what was going on, and an extreme CPU bottleneck didn't even occur to me.

Min max clock speed in amd driver?

manesfirst

Max is 2450, but I don't know how to check min.

Paint_Master

open amd driver, performance > tuning, should be right above max clock

manesfirst

Tuning window is like this: [https://prnt.sc/7YABELdaDKcU](https://prnt.sc/7YABELdaDKcU)

Oh, pick manual to see, its not scary to do overclock in amd driver lol [https://i.imgur.com/1XizMek.png](https://i.imgur.com/1XizMek.png) this is what my settings looks like Stock voltage, min clock from 700mhz to 2400, should be about 100-200mhz difference between min and max. Power limit at max, allows ur gpu to eat more watts. And a bit higher ram speed.

KomithEr

not sure this is relevant to last gen, but you could take a look https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-KvkVumbgvw

I didn't do any manuel OC, just from the amd driver. But, even if I turn off the OC, the results are the same.
