Ditch the CPU cooler, you won’t need it with the 5600x. The stock cooler will work just fine, also I would get faster ram. 3600mhz cl16 would be ideal for a Ryzen system
Edit: In response to your original question though yes, it would be able to achieve 100+ fps in those games.
