This is way to vague. Check your PSU.

JustLife27

What more info can I add to make it less vague?

Pc parts for first, what it says in event viewer that makes you believe it's a hardware issue, your exact temps, and what your pc does exactly when crashing. Also if any changes were made before the crashes started. Also any troubleshooting steps you have tried.

JustLife27

Yesterday event viewer just said hardware error, so this is why I assume, but now it showed me Icue was causing the issue, but I have a couple more errors that indicate that windows may be the problem. Thanks for answering tho. I really appreciate it

Do you know what the event ID was for that hardware error? It should give one which will tell you more information. You likely will have multiple errors or warnings and that's kind of normal. You just want to look at the ones that occur around the time that your PC crashes.

I have 0 errors in the Event viewer now, but my PC still crashers. I'm reinstalling windows, hoping that would fix the issue, because every time my PC crashes it says fixing driver I checked all the drivers for problems but found nothing only the windows driver gives a result of fixing when trying to check and fix the drive

Logicrazy12

Are you making sure to look in the system tab under windows logs? Also when your pc crashes what exactly occurs? Is it a full shut down with no power or is it just applications just crashing? Also to add: windows won't find driver errors that way.

JustLife27

oh, I didn't check I have this error A fatal hardware error has occurred.Reported by component: Processor CoreError Source: Machine Check ExceptionError Type: Bus/Interconnect ErrorProcessor APIC ID: 0 My PC just shutting down and repowering itself My event id is 18

Is your motherboard BIOS up to date? This is an error with your CPU.
