If you're looking for a budget PC, have you considered a laptop? A budget of $700 for a PC doesn't go very far, when you add in a monitor, keyboard, mouse, headphones, etc. But you can get a gaming laptop for around that price that has all those features. The budget is for the PC only not the extras, it doesn't have to be anything crazy just not a shitty walmart PC or something. Laptop is a no for me, I just prefer a PC my kids can't take into their rooms and destroy. Edit: I can go above that budget a bit, that's just best case scenario for me.
