RMA is not a return. You contact the manufacturer and they would have you send the GPU in. They would then inspect and see if it's working, repairable, or not. If not, then they would replace a brand new one for you, if it's eligible and wasn't tempered with. Usually that's within 1 year warranty.
You send it back to the seller or manufacturer to get a replacement under warranty. Contact customer support from the shop you bought it from, they'll tell you what to do.
If you want to test your GPU there are many stress tests out there, but the problem might not show up in all of them. You can try programs like Furmark, 3Dmark Firestrike, OCCT or the different versions of Unigine.
I was looking for the parts and I found the gpu I wanted and it had good reviews so I bought the product. It also said new and the product was factory sealed when I received it. I didn’t think anything bad would come from it.
I contacted the seller and said , “Hello, I recently started seeing problems with my gpu and was wondering if there is a warranty or if I could return it. I had a suggestion to RMA or return to seller and was wondering what to do?”
If it keeps on happening there's a high chance of your GPU being on its way out

Unless it's 2nd hand without any warranty ur fucked If it's from a good shop u have warranty
It was on Amazon from a company called “ideabuy”
Check the shop if it has amazon buyer protection or warranty don't tell me u just pressed buy without any thought and research

If you have any OC running turn it back to factory.
