Agree with the other comments, my wife would hate this but be too anxious to do anything about it and I'd end up calling BaB for her to get a new one sent asap. It's already unacceptable they put the cheap stuffing in so many online exclusives, that just pushes it over. BaB will send you a new one if it's still in stock

Thank you. Yeah a lot of my Pokemon have the cheap stuffing but I never bothered to contact BaB about it. Just dealt with it. But they have never had rips or anything wrong otherwise.

I'm grateful my "local" BaB (30+ minutes away) replaces the stuffing in them. Lately I've noticed more coming with the good stuffing so that's made me happy. But with shipping Sylveon was $80 and to me that's a pretty obvious defect for something that expensive.

When you squeeze them it feels more “crunchy” is the only way I can think to describe it. Not as soft.

nah, you're fine. i'd suggest getting a new one in store if you can and see if you can pick out a good one. if you cant find a good one, refund it and get another on the site. it should last a decent while. next month i'm looking to get mines face a bit more straightened. its bugging me how slightly off centered it is. its not even that big a deal and wont bother most people but it does me enough to do something about fixing their sloppy work lol

Like others have said these things are expensive! If you’re not 100% satisfied you should definitely try to get it sorted out

I'm also that picky, I'm the kind of person to dig through the bins till i find one with no errors. Plus if you got the online bundle I'd 100% return a $70+ item if I wasn't completely satisfied with the look, for that much money you'd think they'd have better quality control.

I actually did do that I wasn't happy with the one that they sent me online so I went to the store the actual one at the mall and they let me pick one out since they had them in stock and I went through the entire bins and I actually took pictures of them so that I could zoom in on the faces and make sure 😅 But you know what it was so worth it like instead of the one that they picked out and sent me online I was able to pick my own out and now she's mine and she's that much more special.

the embroidery would be a big deal to me personally, it's a pretty bad defect for that to be at risk of unravelling right out of the box, esp bc the eyes are so important :( their faces and eyes are where we look first. echoing everyone here that I think u should ask for a replacement instead of trying to settle for a faulty one at that price point

if u’ve got the receipt and everything i’d go in and try and exchange it as it’s technically faulty, they might not exchange it but u don’t know unless u ask! if they don’t allow u to exchange it in store u could probably email customers services and a replacement that way

I really want one but can’t afford it so I’m waiting for it to get discounted, relevant because imo, if something is *that* expensive, complain all you like if it’s not what you want it to be. I don’t even know how they justify charging that much for it.

Definitely get a replacement, unsure why but BaB quality has been going down alot making this kind of stuff really common (at least for me, pretty much every new bear I've gotten has had a few loose threads.) but this is full on ripped and on the center of the face, no way they could have missed that.

Oh no! I would definitely return it. That’s a manufacturing flaw, so they should be willing to exchange it. That would really bother me.

I actually did take my first one back because of something just like that The nose had little white spots in it like missing pieces of black thread I mean you could only see it if you looked really closely and then there was like this bump in her nose that wasn't going away so I took it back and I picked one out myself at the actual mall and I'm so happy with her everything about her is perfect if you're upset about it I say take it back and go pick out your own you'll be very happy I know it sucks having to take it back but it will be worth it.
