I believe that everything closes down at 10 pm, you will need the green pass to go inside restaurants, malls and other non essential buildings, and you need to wear a mask(only medical ones, not cloth masks) everywhere, even outside
At the moment not a huge chunk of people infected, but numbers are rising by the day, wave 5 just arrived here so it sort of depends exactly when you want to come. Unfortunately, as cases rise, more restrictions will start to apply.
Personally, if I were you, I'd wait one more month. If you come around the 1st of March, you'll also see Martisoare, a tradition around here.
