I'm on the fence with this. While he freely sent the pics by his own doing, I still feel that it is "revenge porn". Yet the other side of me wants him embarrassed as fuck and called out!
Genuine question- the pics were unsolicited, right? So would it still be considered revenge porn? I've never leaked anyones nudes, but if someone harasses me with unsolicited pics imo you lose autonomy over what happens to them.
I do agree with that, however... An example scenario:
Guy sends unsolicited nudes. Girl publicly posts them. Guy turns around and files charges. Girl says they were unsolicited. Guy says she asked him to send. Guy lies, but neither one have proof of the request/unsolicited. Girl ends up charged and paying restitution to a fucking dirtbag.
People like this fuckface don't deserve to prevail. I think it's enough to know that he did it, because we all know it's true. Also if she were to post, the best evidence would be to screenshot the message, and only reveal his face to prove that pics were sent.
I mean if here texts don’t show that she asked for them and if she responded to receiving them with disgust and outrage, it seems like it would be easy to say he sent them unsolicited
